Lyle's comment: “Lyle was a Military Police Sergeant when asked to become an Officer with the Judge Advocate Corp. After commissioning, Major/Attorney John WOJCIK, General Counsel of MIARNG, made patently false statements about Lyle to the General and Congressman Mike Rogers. Lyle filed complaints with the Army and filed suit, AS DIRECTED by the Army. For this, the AGC decided to discipline Lyle, and let WOJCIK get away with his, now acknowledged, lies. APPEAL PENDING WITH SUPREME COURT. Not client related.”
Reprimand
issued in MI, 2012
updated on 10/10/2012
Reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
Lyle's comment: “Lyle was negotiating a case for a victim prior to suit. Lyle was reprimanded when he re-contacted the identity thief who stole his clients identity. The thief said she was represented by an attorney, but the attorney's info could not be located, and Lyle sought clarification. It turned out the attorney was newly licensed & did not appear in the Bar Journal, nor in any court records. This alone has impacted Lyle's rating, but not his outstanding quality of work for his client.”
