Spivack, PC initially because they contacted me back immediately over the phone and after a brief conversation we were able to get an idea of my case and set up an interview. A Great Answer To My Prayers

Mr. Thomas Spivack was my first experience with a Lawyer and although I had my own preconceived notions about Lawyers, Mr. Spivack proved them wrong. He made a tough situation stress free and I never needed to reach out to him during the process because I knew he was taking care of everything. Reduced sentence.

Thomas M. Spivack was represented me and definitely delivered. He was able to reduce my DUI sentence and explained the legal procedures in a language I could understand.

Super good

Mine case was a tough DUI 3 times. I was upset. Too much to take.. Thomas helped me personally. He talked the court to let me do a treatment program instead of a lot of jail that they first told me. Lucky I found him.

Domestic Violence Case Dropped

Another lawyer recommended Mr. Spivack. Mr. Spivack proved I was falsely arrested and my case was dropped. He came up with a plan that worked. He has been doing this for a long time and I saw that he knows just about everyone in the courts and prosecutors office. He’s a great lawyer and was always available for questions.

He really cares

Thank God my brother told me about Mr. Spivack. I was really upset and couldn’t sleep after getting arrested for a DUI. Mr. Spivack said a lot of people get DUIs and told me I wasn’t a bad person. He said that I just made a mistake. I felt like he really understood me and now because he helped me I don’t have a DUI. All I got was a ticket for speeding and went to traffic school. Everything got a lot better after I hired Mr. Spivack.

3rd DUI Dismissed

Picked up my 3rd DUI in 6 years. Facing 4 months to 1 year of jail. Real life changer. I got lucky when my friend sent me to Thomas Spivack. Mr. Spivack persuaded the prosecutor to dismiss the DUI for a reckless driving and no jail. Never expected that. I can honestly refer Mr. Spivack.

So Grateful

This is the first time to review anyone. Mr.. Thomas helped me stay out of jail on a second dui. I should not have driven that night. My reading was high. Other lawyers said that I wolud have to do jail. He worked hard for 2 months to get the judge to give me treatment instead of jail and he made at minimum everything else. I just got a great job that I can keep and me and my family are so grateful.

Great Win

I express my great appreciation for the work Thomas Spivack did for my daughter and to him personally. His faithful attention to the case gave her a true second chance. Her felony injury DUI was lowered to misdemeanor and prison sentence slashed to community service. She is such a sweet girl and has never gotten in trouble before. A win for my family.

Thanksgiving thanks to Mr. Spivack

Mr. Spivack was my attorney. I was referred to him by a church friend. He was outstanding and a real fighter for me. He also worked out the fee for me so I had payments and I was glad to pay him every step of the way. This year at the Thanksgiving table I remembered how he helped me and I gave thanks I hired him. His super efforts cleared my record from a serious DUI to a reckless without jail. Absolute 100% recommend him.

The Right Result and Respect

My car broke down at night and I pulled over and parked. I was waiting for my brother to get me and walked to a liquor store. Bought a pint and drank it then walked back to my car. Cops stopped to see if I was "ok" and arrested me for drinking and driving. I was never driving. I had some trouble with the law a few years back so I needed someone who really knew what they were doing and how to represent me. Mr. Spivack took care of me with respect. He knows the laws and process. He updated me all the time and even sent texts on the weekend. Result was Mr. Spivack got me Public Intox with a little fine and NO DUI and no trial. He did amazing job for me and I will send any of my family and friend to him if they need help.

TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEMS - HANDLED MY DUI AND DOMESTIC

Girlfriend and me had some wine and argued and I left mad. Driving out of the parking lot I was stopped by the cops. I never touched her but we were pushing each other around. I did grab and toss her precious cell phone thats when she called the cops. I was charged with domestic violence and DUI. We all went to the prosecutor's office. Big problems for me but Mr. Spivack persuaded them not to file the domestic violence. It never went to court. Later in court Mr. Spivack worked to get the DUI down to a reckless. Already recomended him to friends. Didnt cost a lot and he knows the law and how to handle it. He is really good.

Very Happy Result

WOW first time I was ever arrested. I didn't kno what to do or who to turn to. My bff told me to call Mr. Spivack becuase he helped her with a Dui and she was very happy with her result. I am very happy I called him too. From the beginning I felt so much better. He was my guardian angel. He listens and cares about what happens to you. I thought I could never get out of this and I was so shaken up and afraid of jail and how this would hurt my future. I got NO jail and just ended with a speeding ticket. NO DUI at all. I am very happy I hired Mr. Spivack for my attorney.

Awesome Attorney for Me

Real tired from long day at work. Was barely over the speed limit. I take prescribed meds and doctor never told me to be careful about driving. NO alcohol. I was shocked I got arrested. This attorney is easy to talk to and easy payments but knows all about DUI and prescription drugs. Mr Spivack convinced the court that I wanst DUi but was taking prescribed dose. I work in education andthis could have been a big problem for me. Walked away with a speeding ticket, went to traffic school and NO DUI!

Fortunate to have Mr. Spivack fight for me

I was at my friend's party and had a few drinks - and also I had an open container in my car. I thought I could make it home but got sleepy. I pulled over to rest. Then I was arrested for DUI . I found myself in the most difficult situation of my life that could destroy my future. I talked to some other lawyers and then caught Mr. Spivack on the internet. As soon as I talked to him he was the absolute best lawyer to help me - realistic, strategic, experienced, and understanding. He persuaded the Court that I drank after I stopped the car. Case dismissed. He saved me money and my future.

DUI Dismissed!!

My 2nd DUI was dismissed. Attorney Spivack was upfront and straightforward . I was skeptical about all the attorney reviews on the internet. Glad a friend referred me to Mr. Spivack. He has the great reviews and after talking to him I knew he was legitimate. He calmed my fears and nerves. He didnt use scare tactics or pressure me. He told me what he thought he could achieve in court and the DMV. He thought the officer made a mistake and that the prosecutor and DMV could be persuaded to dismiss the case. NO OTHER ATTORNEY TOLD ME THIS. He was right. My case was DISMISSED. He took my calls and answered my questions every step he kept me informed. Highly recommended. You won't go wrong with him as your attorney. Thank you Mr. Spivack and his team.

Trouble

What can i say, got in trouble and Thomas got me out of hot water. NO JAIL TIME, FINES DROP TO ALMOST NOTHING. Hopefully I won't have to recommend any one to him but if I did I would.

GREAT LAWYER

I've known Mr. Spivack for many years. I know he fights hard for his clients from personal experience. He represented an employee from my ex-husbands company who was charged with a difficult DUI. After working on the case for several months, Mr. Spivack was able to get the DUI charges dismissed. Instead of a DUI, the client pled to reckless driving, not a DUI. The client was extremely happy with there results. I have referred him to both family and friends over the years.
