O1 business visa

I started my visa process super stressful but Jacob and his workers did their best to help me bring all the documents that are required! I was fully supported by them and eventually after 4 months i sent my file and got approval for O1 just in 5 days! No doubt ill do my green card process with them... in the future!

Not your typical lawyer

Choosing a lawyer was a task in it self... I did some homework and talked to a few lawyer before choosing Jacob. When I "interviewed" Jacob on a free consultation we had, he was knowledgeable in the most recent developments and updates, he listened to my background and guided me to which direction ...would be best for me to pursue. He also showed enthusiasm, creativity and self confidence in his direction of guidance. Naturally, being it was before I actually chose him, I was a bit skeptical that lawyers could tell you many things before you choose them, and then "flip" after you pay them... Jacob was NOT like that: In fact, since he was very confident in his capabilities and in my case, he PROVED it - he offered to PAY ME BACK ALL HIS FEES if my case would not be approved!! he also offered to anchor this in our contract. This was for me, a lawyer that actually "put his money where his mouth is"!! This was for me a proof that he is a man of his word as well as professional that knows the details and recent updates. Many lawyer might disregard you after you paid them and would do the best they can to avoid you - Jacob is NOT like that: Even though he was busy many times, he always responded to me and and in most cases respected my concerns or at least listened to them... To my taste, since Jacob is not personally working on all his cases, the main thing you should be aware of, is to make sure and double check that the people from his office that he appoints to work on the case with him, are truly aligned with the details of your story case and that you made sure they did understand all the relevant details. Especially in the case of an EB-2 type of visa, that has some more technical issues to showcase and explain. I did find out in my case, that you can't just put them on "cruise control" or "let them do the work" without making sure that everything is presented the way it should be or there are misunderstandings. As for now, I recently got an approval notice of my case (which is the most critical part), that arrived a bit latter then then Jacob anticipated, but I am happy I would get the chance to create in the U.S and do my best to truly make the world a better place from the land of the dreams coming true. Simply the best

It was one of the best decisions to use Jacob and team's services for my naturalization. Every single person that was involved with my case was super helpful, knowledgeable and brilliant in what they do. They made the process so seamless for me. I sincerely appreciate all the help I received from Lup...e, Grace and Attorney Charles Ward. All of them were exceptional. I highly recommend this law firm if you have any kind of immigration issue simple or complex.You will not be disappointed.

Great Service

My wife and I used the service of Law offices of Jacob J Sapochnick and it was a smooth one all the way. How case was a complicated one; haven been denied on a fraud ground in Nebraska. We refiled in California and we got granted. Angel flores was the paralegal in charge of our case and she was very ...helpful and proactive. She made sure our case got promptly filed and kept us updated all through the journey. Denied in Nebraska July, 2017. We refiled in California in August, 2017, Interviewed in January of 2018 and GC was granted in March. Charles Ward and Jacob were also very helpful and gave us relevant legal advise.
