I was originally referred to Mr. Bejar in 2010. I had a consultation with Mr. Bejar and I was very impressed and made me feel confident in my case. At this time, I had been to a consultation with another immigration attorney. Because I was in a difficult financial situation at the time, I decided to go with the other attorney to represent me in my immigration case. I 100% regret the decision I made to not have Mr. Bejar represent me. My attorney made a mistake with my case and brought so much stress to my life with more expenses. I obviously did not trust my attorney any more so I decided to visit The Law Office of Jan Joseph Bejar and hoped they could help me fix the mistake made by another attorney. My consultation was with Nicole Leon. Ms. Leon was very upfront and did not make me false promises. She was very nice and honest. She kept me in the loop throughout the whole process which I greatly appreciated! Nicole was able to successfully fix the mistake my other attorney made and I am now a US Citizen thanks to her. Moral of the story: you get what you pay for. Saving a few bucks is not worth a mistake that can affect you for the rest of your life. I am so grateful for this law office.
