As a person that works with lawyers, I want to recommend Jacob for you. Jacob helped me with E2 visa application, Build my LLC company and guide me for all the process. I’m very grateful to Jacob for his assistance with my J1 waiver to remove the 2 years rule. J1 waiver was supposed to be a simple process, but not in my case:… my sponsoring company didn’t want to give the letter for the waiver process and my embassy didn’t want to give their approval without... that letter…. I called my sponsoring company many times and I wrote several emails, but they told me, via email, that they couldn’t give any letter for the waiver, after this response, they didn’t return any calls nor replied any of my emails… I explained this situation to the embassy, but they simply told me that “without the letter of the sponsoring company it’s not possible not get the embassy’s approval”… I was in a deadlock situation… USCIS had all the documents, they were just waiting for my embassy’s letter… I was in this situation for a long time… until I found Jacob’s website and I gave him a call… he took care of everything!!!... he got the letter from the sponsoring company and the approval letter from my embassy and, after a few months my J1 WAIVER was APPROVED!!!... My husband and I faced an immigration issue back in January and feared deportation. I called several lawyers, all with different advice, some could not help at all.
