also known as Donald Gallick, Don Gallick
Attorney Donald Gallick holds a B.A. and M.A. in history, which serves has the basis for his abilities to research the facts of a client's case -- by looking for evidence in places other attorneys might not look. Donald also earned a Master's certificate in the philosophy of bioethics, and is one reason why he frequently conducts investigations of health care fraud and medical litigation -- often involving multi-million dollar fraudulent schemes against the taxpayers.
Admitted to all Ohio courts, including the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Attorney Gallick has litigated over 100 appeals throughout Ohio. His law practice is throughout Ohio and he will travel to whatever county the case requires -- and fully litigates viable claims to expose corruption, safeguard civil rights, and to defend citizens falsely accused of wrongdoing.
Attorney Gallick takes a special interest in the cases of whistleblowers, such as qui tam "federal false claims" and helps citizens seeking public records to help uncover fraud and corruption.
Despite being a high school dropout; Attorney Gallick was mostly self-educated prior to earning his three college degrees. A long-time Libertarian, Attorney Gallick, has a passion for protecting the Constitutional rights of all Americans.

Donald took the time to guide me step by step through an unexpected legal issue. Upon meeting him I was in extreme panic but, his calm and professional demeanor helped calm me. I followed his instructions to a T and ended up winning my case! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you, Donald!

He got 7 of my 8 charges dismissed. Don is kind, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable about what he does. I appreciate the fact that he explained the whole process in a way I could understand. Don made my first (and my last) case a memorable experience.

"Attorney Gallick, is a sharp, criminal defense and DUI attorney. He understands both the black letter law, as well as the intangible elements that make trial practice as much art as science. Were I to get in trouble in his neighborhood, I'd hire him."
