Involved in thousands of cases over two decades, I've written judicial opinions in hundreds of cases as a judicial attorney, tried cases successfully to juries, judges, magistrates and arbitration panels in federal, state, and municipal courts throughout Ohio and beyond, been involved, briefed, and argued cases in most of Ohio's appellate districts, in several federal circuit courts of appeal, including the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati, and appeared before the United States Supreme Court.
