I represents many landlord clients, and will assist with not only the front end of renting (application and lease) but also the back end of eviction and collection.

I focus my practice on LLC formation and operating agreements; I do not do much with S or C Corporation formation.

I do quite a bit of debt collection, and will tell you straight whether it is worth trying to collect, based on the debtor information you provide me. It doesn't make sense to throw good money after bad if the debtor is very unlikely to ever pay.

I have represented guardians and wards, and my time spent working for the probate court exponentially enhanced my understanding of guardianship.
