I was pre-med during undergrad and during my junior year my sister fell ill and passed which caused me to no longer want to practice medicine. I subsequently switched majors to Criminal Justice which then led me to law school, during which I clerked at a disability law firm. I’ve dedicated my practice to this field ever since. What gets me out of bed each day is knowing that I have a chance to help someone who is struggling mightily and very sick to gain much-needed medication and access to medical care, a roof over their head, food on the table, and maybe a few bucks in their pocket at the end of the day. I suppose this is my way of helping to spread some good in the world.

I was hesitant to hire an attorney to obtain disability because I didn't know how to choose one. I wasn't getting anywhere on my own so took the plunge, did a Google search for a disability attorney, and contacted Atty Delesk's office. "Chad is an all-round good person and excellent lawyer. He is hard-working and devoted to his craft. He likes things done well the first time and is meticulous about following up on any loose ends. Chad is modest and humble, which is often a rare quality in our field, but he is truly a giant in the Social Security disability world. He has been with our office since 2005. The Social Security judges routinely indicate how well-prepared he is and our clients sing his praises. I heartily endorse Chad as a knowledgeable advocate for the disabled."
"Chad brings a wealth of experience and a can-do attitude to each and every disability hearing. He has secured disability benefits for thousands of deserving individuals and has served as a mentor to the younger attorneys at Balin Law. If you want a lawyer with an encyclopedic knowledge of the law who is always prepared, Chad is your guy."
