There are over 1 million laws in the United States. My entire practice is focused on one. Because of my dedicated focus, I know the DUI laws better than most lawyers in the state of Ohio. I am a passionate DUI lawyer and I get results.

 As the old adage goes, “a jack of all trades is a master of none.” If you’re not familiar with that phrase, it generally describes a person whose knowledge, while covering a number of areas, is superficial in all of them. It is why a general contractor who has a home improvement business generally relies on electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists. It is why a family doctor often refers patients to an OBGYN, dermatologist or cancer specialist. The concept is similar for lawyers. The more focused or limited an attorney’s field of practice, the more knowledge he will generally possess.

Using that concept as a background, I structure my DUI defense practice using a very simple formula: (a) a concentrated focus and dedication on DUI defense; (b) a concentrated focus and dedication to Ohio courts; and (c) a concentrated focus and dedication to limiting the number of clients/cases I accept.  If you spend a minute or two thinking about my approach, it’s obvious why I get results. Extremely focused practice. Less clients. More attention for each client. I travel to all courts in Ohio, regardless of location. However, I only accept a limited number of clients. AWESOME
What can I say! Jeremiah went above and beyond to help me with my situation. He was able to get my DUI charges reduced to minor traffic violation with no probation and no jail time. Reduced charge to failure to control
I highly recommend Mr Denslow for OVI, he's worth every penny. I thought I would have 2 professional license suspended however he worked his magic with the court. I will recommend him to anyone facing OVI charges.

I was concerned about applying for my teaching license with a past DUI conviction. I called many lawyers to consult with, and most of the time I couldn't even speak with a lawyer. But Mr. Denslow was quick to return my call and send me emails. We had several email correspondences regarding the issue and Mr. Denslow sent me a very detailed legal brief that he had written answering my questions in full. He did so totally free of charge. He took up a lot of his time just to help me without compensation. I'm very greatful to him.

Mr. Denslow has the skill, knowledge, and aptitude to handle your legal situation. From the very beginning, and all the way through the process, Jeremiah put my mind at ease. I received my first DUI (first criminal charge) and within minutes of our first conversation I knew that anyone else would be simply unacceptable. He is responsive pretty much night and day and will feed you the information that you need so that you can sleep at night knowing you have the best defense you could ever ask for. He didn't feel as much as a lawyer, as he did a friend. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family and I owe him a debt that can never be repaid. I called on a weekend an got him right a way. He talked to me for a long time an told me not to worry.He got my charge reduced and worked it out for me. I hope I never get a DUI again but if I do I am callin this DUI Dude again. Good guy.

Excellent DUI Lawyer
My family has used Jeremiah on a couple of different cases over the years. MOST TRUSTED....
First off let me say that if you are in any type of trouble with the law.....GET A PAID ATTORNEY.... I had a theft case that came back and haunted me 15 years later and had no idea that I had an outstanding case in Ohio. One Saturday I received a letter from Springfield OH. sheriff stating i had a warrant out for my arrest. Living in TN I had no Idea what to do. I called the sheriffs office to inquire of the letter I received and was told that since it was so long ago they could not tell me what the warrant pertained to. I called Jeremiah Denslow at 7am that following Monday morning and he answered my call immediate, took all my information and called me back within 2 hours of my first phone call with information that he was able to obtain. I immediately hired Mr. Denslow to represent me and to get this case taken care of. He filed all the paperwork and motions to begin the process and everything went smooth. The end result from Mr. Denslow what that the case was dismissed. Granted This attorney is not cheap. (they will work with you on payments) however, the old saying of "you get what you pay for" applies to the court system.....Bottom line is how much is to much for your freedom and peace of mind.

I wouldn't use anyone else!
A year ago I was facing some pretty serious criminal charges. I have to say it was one of the scariest times in my life. I had no idea who to call to represent me. I've used some attorneys in the past that I felt just took my money and didn't really fight for me. I am so glad I made the right call. Jeremiah is very confident and knowledgeable which is so important when selecting an attorney. He has represented me on 3 separate cases and they all had positive outcomes. Good guy and great attorney
Jeremiah has represented me on two cases--a DUI and a divorce. While I hope I never need to use his services again, he was a consummate professional with a good "bedside manner." Jeremiah would take my phone calls after hours and on the weekends and he was always willing to answer my questions and address any issues I had. He never blew me off. In addition, he seemed to get along with everyone at the courthouse, including the prosecuting attorney. Both of my cases were resolved favorably and I highly recommend Jeremiah for anyone in need of an attorney in Montgomery County.
