With offices in Cleveland and Akron, I have practiced in courts from Geauga County to Stark County, and nearly every court in between. In addition to being familiar with courts across Northeast Ohio, I have represented individuals on offenses from speeding tickets to high level felonies, including drug offenses, felonious assault, and even murder. Despite the wide range of jurisdictions and offenses, one constant has remained: my dedication to providing my clients the very best defense. Love This Legal Team!!!
When my husband was served with a Protection Order requested by our neighbor, it was both upsetting and unfounded. We had never been confronted with such a dilemma and needed someone to help us navigate our options. What did we know about presenting information and establishing a defense. In addition, my husband has a concealed weapon permit and we wanted to " do the right thing". We were referred to Ashley Jones by another lawyer and I cannot state how grateful we are. While the outcome of our hearing speaks to her skill as a lawyer, what matters so importantly to us was how she educated us, counseled us and kept us abreast of the situation. OVI Case
Ashley, was professional, timely and very knowledgeable. Ashley was recommended to me by another attorney that was working on a civil discrimination case for me. She did an outstanding job negotiating my OVI case. The Judge, probation officer and and staff in the court were almost shocked at what she was able to accomplish based on the severity. Great expungement lawyer.
Ashley Jones helped me out on a somewhat complicated expungement. Ashley was able to get two felony convictions removed. The process took a bit of time but it was no fault of hers. In my case, I had to wait until there was a change in substance expungements laws, which took place in mid-2021. During the whole process Ashley kept me informed and did everything in a timely manner. I would recommend Ashley to anyone looking to have lower to mid-level drug related charges sealed.

Ashley Jones achieved the best outcome for my OVI charge
I consulted Ashley Jones following a car accident that could have severely impacted my life. She was responsive and thoughtful, so I was quick to trust her with my representation. Ashley managed to get me the best possible terms for my situation. She seemed to have a positive reputation with the judge and prosecutor. She is also great to talk to outside of the law and one's specific case; she put me at ease and has a sense of humor. Fantastic lawyer!
I used Ashley on a case recently in Cleveland heights courts. Ashley is very professional and reasonably affordable. Quick, excellent communication, GREAT outcome!
Ashley took on an expungement/ record sealing case in two separate cities for me. She was able to successfully seal both records ahead of schedule without me having to step foot in a court room. She maintained great communication with me through email and phone along the way and I could tell she always had my best interest in mind. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Ms. Jones walked me through the entire process. I happen to be in need of services the day before Christmas and she was very responsive for it to be a holiday. I contacted Ashley to get more information regarding sealing a charge on my record. Ashley was very helpful and provided necessary details during the consultation prior to hiring her. Her and her secretary kept great communication throughout the entire process and always responded promptly any time I had a question or concern.
