Noah C. Munyer graduated from Jefferson Davis High School, Montgomery, Alabama in 1999. He attended Auburn University in Auburn Alabama, and Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology in 2006. Mr. Munyer attended the University of Akron School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2010.

 

After graduating Mr. Munyer continued working as a prosecutor for the City of Stow. Then he went into defense practice and teamed up with Mr. Keith and Mr. Godward to form Keith, Godward & Munyer.

Mr. Munyer is licensed to practice in both Ohio State Courts and Federal Court for the Northern District.

Mr. Munyer has tried numerous cases to both judge and jury in Northeast Ohio. Mr. Munyer’s practice is focused in Criminal Law, traffic/OVI, landlord/tenant issues, and Juvenile/Domestic relations work.

Mr. Munyer is recently Rule 20 Certified to represent individuals charged with the death penalty in Ohio.

Best attorney in Akron
Attorney Munyer is very skilled and highly respected by many in Summit County. Munyer works extremely hard on all of his cases and argues for the best possible outcome of accused clients. He is tentative to detail and knows exactly what to do when receiving evidence from the state. I would highly recommend Noah Munyer for anyone in need of the best legal representation to argue and/or mediate a criminal case.

Confident,upfront,thorough,
I had the privilege of getting Noah as a public defender back in 2014 I knew from the first time we talked that I had found my future attorney if need be and yes I ended up hiring him in 2021. I’m almost 43 and my younger adult years i racked up a ridiculous criminal history which by no means am I proud of at all I have a attempted murder, felonious assaults, participating in a criminal gang. So what I’m trying to get at is with a record like mine it’s pretty safe to say that if I catch any cases that the state of Ohio for the most part has a cell with my name on it. With a “big dogg” attorney like Noah on your side I never once felt as if I was going to prison he was always upfront and honest even if he may of thought it was something I may not of wanted to hear. For an attorney to get me to trust them it’s a pretty heavy task to achieve due to prior railroads and lies from other attorneys, but Noah was a natural it was mostly because I could feel that he was genuine

Best Lawyer in Town
Noah, My family and I cannot thank you enough. You gave us our lives back! You fought for us, and you are beyond hilarious. My wife was accused of a crime that she did not commit. When we first met with Noah he reviewed all of our evidence, and he assured us that he would fight his hardest for us. We had a ton of evidence, and Noah was ready to go to trial against anyone. He is an expert in trials and answers calls or texts in a reasonable time frame. Noah even works on weekends to keep his clients cases moving. We could go on forever about how good Noah is. We initially had an attorney with over 134 google reviews. Those mean nothing, because not everyone will fight for you. Noah will! My wife’s case was dismissed, because of Noah’s hard work and unwillingness to take a plea deal for an innocent person! My case was petty, but Noah goes to trial on Murder cases regularly. No case is too small or too big for Noah, and he treats them all seriously.

Extremely Intelligent Lawyer
Noah Munyer was a lawyer that worked alongside my Lawyer in a recent case. Not only did he help his client in a extremely difficult situation, but worked with my lawyer to help us out as well. He did an amazing job at painting a picture of what happened, while incorporating intelligent verbiage. He studied the case meticulously and provided evidence that discredited the accusers to ultimately prove us innocent.

Noah is a very good lawyer! He Represented me in my 3rd felony felonious assault case (F-2). I had the thought in my mind of going to prison due to me having previous charges of the same offense. Which I was sentenced to prison for in the past. But Noah did his job in court during the pandemic. He really fought for me which I’m thankful for because some lawyers just lie to you and take your money. That is not the case with him. I really am thankful that I did my research on Akron Defense attorneys and chose him. Long story short he got a plea deal worked out for me which I was put on 2 yrs probation thank goodness!!! Went from looking at up to 25 years due to a Repeated Violation Offender Charge. To 2 years probation. Once again if your in a trouble and need someone to go to bat for you look no further call Mr. Noah !!!! Thanks Noah !!!

Amazing man and Lawyer
I hired Noah Munyer to represent me on my criminal case. He listened to everything that I was explaining I needed help with and he was able to get me exactly what I needed. I must say, if you want a lawyer that will not disappoint you, that will always respond back immediately, and cares about you as a person. Than hire NOAH MUNYER. You will not be disappointed. Professionalism at its best! It’s about who you know not what you know when it comes to Noah. This guy saved my rear end from a permanent life changing charge. There’s a reason he doesn’t prefer to talk on the phone for more than a minute so you need to sit down and talk about your situation so he can capitalize it.

Wonderful Attorney, 100% satisfied!
Noah represented me on a serious criminal matter. I was quite impressed the way that he was able to navigate his way around the complex case and achieved the best outcome in my case. I couldn't recommend a better lawyer in criminal defense. He explained everything thoroughly and was positive but realistic about the outcome, which turned out to be exactly what Noah conveyed to me. It is easy to see Noah has a great repour with the courts and is well known and well respected by fellow defense attorneys, prosecutors and judges as well. Couldn't have asked for a better Attorney!
Noah is an amazing attorney! He's very upfront and honest and doesn't give you the run around. The one thing that impressed me the most is the fact he's very direct but extremely positive at the same time! When you're in a bad spot he will give you a positive outlook on things instead of throwing the bad back in your face & making you feel worse then you already do!! Got me out of a bad case

I Highly Recommend Noah Munyer for any of your legal needs
I had the pleasure of working with Noah recently, and after seeing his professionalism and competence firsthand, I would be highly confident that he could help me with just about anything. He kept me informed of the progress of my case with quick responses that I didn't expect. He would answer calls and emails after hours and on weekends, which is refreshing to see. Many times I'd get a response from him via email in a minute or two, which goes to show that he is on the ball, proactive, and cares about his clients. Noah was very professional and yet seemed down to earth when it came to dealing with animal rights issues. I would feel confident using him with any legal matter he would be willing to take on and to recommend him. He left communication open as well as being right on top of his end at all times.

Excellent Attorney!!
Noah Munyer is an Excellent attorney... I was in the midst of a probation violation... Noah not only got the prosecutor to give me a slap on the wrist, He also facilitated between my probation officer and myself... Keep in mind I was on probation for a little more than 3 weeks before I caught my new charge....I ended up with a month of home incarceration on an M1....And no violation from my P.O. , Noah is a great lawyer...He also is reasonable, and does everything he can to make you feel better about your predicament... A little humor and true humanity go a long way...Most Importantly Noah is an honest man..That's rare in his profession...Noah's truly one of the good guys...
