During my last tour before retirement I was flagged and investigated by CID for sexual offenses and fraternization that went back a few years. These allegations were potentially career, family and life ending. We just bought a new house and my children were settled into a new high school. My family d...id not know about the allegations. Mrs. Gonzalez-Waddington was supposed to be the second civilian attorney I consulted with, when the worst 8 months of my life started.  She contacted me 30 minutes earlier than our scheduled appointment time.  Immediately reviewed my case and gave her guidance of what to expect in the coming weeks.  ...She was honest, confident, and reassuring from the very beginning.  There was not a single sugar-coated answer or guarantee of any kind.  Although her confidence and truth to the way military investigations and courts martials were executed was spot on.  Although I never had the pleasure of actually meeting her, she on multiple occasions put me back on level ground when I felt like my life was falling apart.  Every step of the way she always provided solid counsel and  instructions on how and what to do in each event.  All of these factors led to my decision to retain her firm.  In the end I was extremely pleased with my outcome and will be forever grateful for her hard work.

Despite advising her that I wanted to attend my next divorce hearing, Mrs. Gonzalez-Waddington failed to inform me of my 30-day progress hearing, resulting in my being physically absent. I only found out about the hearing as I called her the day before about a different issue, and as I live out of s...tate it was impossible to get there in time for the hearing. Her excuse was that she did not have my correct mailing address which was false as I had no problem receiving in the mail all her invoices asking me for money. Additionally, I had asked her to represent me firmly on one issue and stressed its importance to me (it was the only issue I cared about) and she totally ignored my concerns nor addressed them. Furthermore, in order to receive an answer to any questions you may have, you either have to call her several times or repeatedly and I mean repeatedly send e-mails to receive an answer, if you eventually get one at all. I do not recommend her at all and believe you will receive better service from any other lawyer.

In August 2014 with a false allegation of sexual assault. I called many law firms of well known attorneys in the military community and was disappointed at the lack of care or concern they had for my situation. Once I contacted Mrs. Waddington I felt at ease and confident that she was in the best pos...ition to reach a favorable outcome. The Army decided they wanted to end my career early with no benefits and an other than honorable discharge. I did not panic as I hired Mrs. Waddington again for my officer board of elimination. At my officer elimination board the government tried hard to paint me in the worse light possible. Well no worries, at the conclusion of the board I got to keep my benefits and also a tax free check for the rest of my life. ($1,633,440) for the next 40 years and I'm only 33 years old.
