Who are you?

Hi, I’m Adam Rossen, founder of the Rossen Law Firm.  I was born and raised in South Florida, living in Miami, Broward and Palm Beach Counties at different times in my life. When I was a kid, I wanted to be either a doctor or lawyer because I wanted to help people.  

Why did you become a lawyer?

I quickly realized that law would be the path for me.  Not only did I love the tv show, “Law and Order” but I loved competition, strategy and debating things, whether it was with my parents, teachers or coaches.  

Where did you go to school?

I graduated with honors from the University of Florida with two college degrees, Criminology, and Psychology.  I then graduated from the University Of Miami Law School because I wanted to come back home and be trained by the best of the best, including famous criminal defense lawyer, Roy Black.    

What was your experience like as a prosecutor?

After graduation, I started as a prosecutor in Broward County.  I got tons of trial experience ranging from DUI’s to Drug Cases to Thefts and serious felonies like Burglaries and Robberies.  Out of the 33 prosecutors in my class, I was the first one promoted.

Why did you start Rossen Law Firm?

I left the prosecutor’s office because I wanted to help people in a deeper, more meaningful way.  I also wanted to run my own business.  I grew up watching my parents own and run a dental practice, and I wanted to own my own Law Firm where I can make a difference in the lives of my clients, employees, and community.  

What do you do when you are not working as an attorney?

I’ve coached high school basketball for over 10 years and I’ve been lucky to make lasting relationships with my players, their families, and fellow coaches.  My team at American Heritage won the State Championship in 2014. Winning a State Championship was a goal I set for myself when I was a player in high school.    I’ve coached kids who have played at Division 1 schools and coached against players who eventually made the NBA.  I’ve been lucky enough to have former players both intern and work for me, and become successful lawyers in their own right.

Second case within 5 years dismissed
The Rossen Law Firm has been one of a kind miracles. From being illegally pulled over by Fort Lauderdale Police Department, to a case that was build and manufactured on pure lies, Manny and Adam were able to get to the truth, uncover the lies, and confront the officer in court with a video footage off the car's camera that contradicted his story in a million ways. Officer's testimony was scary with lie in every sentence. Should there not have been a dash cam, I don't think they would take my word for it. How many other people did he do wrong this year? That officer needs to go. Manny was able to get motion to suppress granted and all charges ended up being dropped after the judge heard the testimony and the actual video proof of his testimony being bs. Adam, Manny and others have done it again! Great job guys and thanks a million!

Paperwork
I had the pleasure of working with Walter. I'm out of state and needed documents from a prior case for a professional designation. Walter was extremely attentive to my small case and was extremely diligent in his communication. I was surprised how well my small request was handled, considering I was out of state and really a small matter. I believe Walter is an excellent representative of the firm.

Highly recommended
A couple years ago I got into a bit of a situation with the law, Rossen Law was the most helpful and honest people I could find. They resolved my case quick and professionally and I’ll forever be grateful. They answered all million and one questions I had and was always happy to help. Recently I’ve had a family member come into a circumstance with the law. Even if the case wasn’t in their county they still offered advice and help put our mind at peace. I absolutely recommend Rossen Law they’re the best in my book.

CRIMINAL DEFENCE "DUI"
I CAUGHT A DUI BACK IN SEPTEMBER? OF 2018, WAS REFERRED TO THE ROSSEN LAW FIRM THRU A FRIEND WHOSE SON IS A PROSECUTOR IN FLORIDA. WAS MET BY ADAM ROSSEN 3 DAYS AFTER THE INCIDENT AND WAS RELIEVED TO TALK TO A GUY WHO SPOKE TO ME ON MY LEVEL. NOTHING WAS SUGARCOATED AND EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE FROM THAT MOMENT ON WAS EXPLAINED IN DETAIL. HIS FEE WAS IN LINE WITH I EXPECTED AND HE WAS RETAINED THAT MORNING. I FOLLOWED ALL DIRECTIONS AND PAID WHAT HAD TO BE PAID BUT EXPECTED THE WORST. Professional and Transparent
I was referred to Adam from a bondsman in Fort Lauderdale the when I got out jail. Being a person thats never been in trouble made all of this hard to deal with. The paralegal (Walter) on the phone was very informative and empathetic. When I met Adam, he was kind and cordial and before diving into business he asked about my well being, which really touched me. I felt like a criminal before walking in there, and his words and presence helped to ease that. Adam was honest and presented me with all my options with full transparency. I hired him after the first meeting and we decided PTI would be the best option. He had my back through the whole process; even when there was an issue with my probation officer. Exceeded my expectations!
Initially contacting Adam and Manny, it was on a Saturday- they returned my call promptly. Hiring an attorney can be nerve racking but both Adam and Manny put me at ease the whole way through. The preparation for my case was thorough, there was no lack in communication and anything I needed in the midst of it all, they would take all the time needed to make sure I fully understood the process. Case dismissed!
Without good representation, it’s easy to see why most people take what’s offered prosecutors and plead guilty. But if you know or believe your innocent, why would you? I was a bit skeptical at first, that Adam could deliver, but I decided not to leave my fate in the hands of the system. Adam Rossen told me from the beginning that he was confident that he could win this case or at the least get the charges reduced, but he did one better. The charges were dismissed. That’s because he never let up. He was consistent. He was carrying my stress load from New York about this case on his back via proxy in Florida. It took a while and seemed expensive but you know what? It was worth it. Trust the process. Trust his process.

I guarantee he will not disappoint
I was referred to Adam Rossen by a friend facing serious charges. He was very understanding and honest, walked me through the process of what could happen from beginning to end best-case scenario and worst-case scenario. He did not make promises he could not keep. He fought hard to seek justice. Due to his hard work, the charges were never filed and the case was dropped which is truly a miracle and I'm so grateful for all his dedication. Great lawyer, best in the game supper
My name is lukas, I Got charge with DUI And I knew it was gonna be a hard case, because this was my second time. I am soooo glad I’m pick Adam’s law firm.. i was suppose to go to trial, did NOT need to go to trail, persecute wanna to give me a reckless driving , I told Adam I didn’t want a reckless .. so Adam was able to get me a even better deal, he got me a careless driving witch was exactly what I wanted .! Best lawyer in south Florida
I’m more than grateful for Adam and his team for all the work and support they have given me.. I got two duis in less than the 5 year period and he managed to Get them down to reckless driving. Both of my case’s were very complicated but Adam managed to get a solution to my satisfaction. I’m more than grateful for Adam and am blessed to call him my lawyer.. not only did he come up with an amazing solution but pushed me to become a better person and I can say that I’m the person I am today because of him . Highly Recommend for DUI!
I would highly recommend Adam and his team. I hired him for a 2nd DUI offense and him and his entire team helped me through the whole process. My biggest fear was losing my license for the 3 years and jail time. They worked vigorously to get this dropped down to 1 year license suspension and no jail time. They make sure and let you know that they are there for you to answer any question the entire time you are going through this. The best part is you pay one fee so they don’t charge you every time you call or send an email with a simple question. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Best attorney . Best results.
Adam is not just a great attorney he's a great person. He was there for me when I needed them the most. Unlike most attorneys Adam does hard work and his diligence to get the best outcome possible for you. He was able to file a motion to suppress in my felony case , that ultimately resulted and being dropped down to a misdemeanor. Pretty much the best case scenario. I'm extremely happy with all the work Adam and his team has done. I've hired attorneys in the past that don't even come close Adam and his team.Adam changed my life for the better and I will never forget this. He will be a friend for life in my book. Easy plead down from DUI
Adam Rosen met with me after an unforgettable and awful run in with Broward county police officers. I felt that I was falsely targeted and arrested for DUI. I passed all of the sobriety tests and the police officer ended up changing statements and facts that had or had not occurred. Adam and the team were prepared to fight all of the inaccuracies and got me plead down to a wreckless which in my case was absolutely acceptable.

From the beginning, Adam and his team did a great job of not only informing me all of the possibilities and potential outcomes, but also educating me along the way on what things really meant. I realized that he has a true sense of duty and passion for what he does. I felt extremely comfortable, and was thoroughly impressed. Communication with him and the team was always easy and I never felt rushed, even when I had lots of crazy and random questions. It was obvious that the team fought hard at every turn, and this was clear in the depositions and all of the behind-the-scene work. In court, Adam impressed the judge on several different occasions and he didn’t miss a beat. From the moment Adam and team stepped in, I could tell that they meant business and were definitely viewed with respect amongst their peers. In the end, he was able to get my charge lowered / changed and the other 2 charges were dismissed all together. I give him a 10 out of 10 for how he fought my case, and always kept it real with me. Adam Rossen, Manny, and the rest of the team are amazing! I was charged with a first DUI, but thanks to Adam and Manny, I received a Judgement of Acquittal/Dismissed which is the same as Not Guilty by the Judge just right before the jury's verdict. Adam and Manny told me that even if the judge didn't dismiss the case, I will be found not guilty by the jurors. The trial last 2 stressful days, but at the end, I received the right and correct verdict. Adam and Manny are the perfect team lawyers. I will always be grateful for having my back from beginning to end, their strength, support, and professional advise. I win the case because they both know exactly how to win a case and/or will advise you what to do. Every DUI case is different so they know what's best for you. Thank again guys for everything!

Best defense attorney in South Florida
My partner and I had a misunderstanding that led to the police coming to our house. I was very concerned about taking care of my family and maintaining my freedom while we sorted things out. I decided to hire an attorney, as anyone should in this position. The original attorney I found seemed aggressive and eager to take the case, I later found out her strategy wouldn’t have done anything other than landing me in jail with with criminal charges and no contact with my family. Fortunately my partner found Adam and was compelling enough to get me to give him a call. After the first conversation we had I knew he was the man for the job; he is knowledgeable, strategic, and very sharp. Adam took the case, made a strategy and executed his plan flawlessly. The case was dropped entirely before any formal charges had been filed.
