From what I was facing, Attorney K saved my life and career. Still serving

Pete brought an extraordinary amount of experience to my case. It was a very scary and stressful experience when I was falsely accused, but Pete helped me through it. The government tried to throw the book at me, but Pete thwarted them at every turn. Pete saved my freedom and my good name when he w...on my court-martial. I am grateful to have found the Law Office of Peter Kageleiry, Jr.

From Unfair Investigation to Justice.

Mr. Peter Kageleiry did an amazing job helping me respond to an unfair investigation. He proved to the command that the accusations were unjust. My good name and career were on the line. Pete's counsel made all the difference.

Great Lawyer

Mr. Peter Kageleiry did an amazing job assisting me with my Show Cause board. He proved to the board that I was not guilty of the charges. My good name and characterization of service was on the line. Pete's counsel made all the difference.

Saved My Son's Career

Pete Kageleiry saved our son's career and good service reputation. He was facing an administrative separation board due to false allegations. Pete methodically found and demonstrated the lies and inconsistencies in witness testimony. My son was found NOT GUILTY of the allegations and retained on acti...ve duty! Pete is an exceptional civilian military attorney and I highly recommend him.

United States Navy Career Savior at Board of Inquiry

Pete Kageleiry saved my career! I had originally hired another military attorney to represent me at a Board of Inquiry but was dissatisfied and instead found Pete. Hiring Pete was the right move. Pete deliberately took apart the government's case. When it came time for the Board of Inquiry members to... deliberate, they took only about ten minutes to find me NOT GUILTY of the allegations! I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Pete. I have zero doubt in my mind that he was the right man for the job and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"Peter Kageleiry is nothing short of a military appellate expert. When I am navigating a complex issue at the trial level and want to ensure that I am considering all potential second and third order effects, I call Mr Kageleiry. His analysis is systematic, learned, and spot-on each time. Mr Kageleiry possesses a true gift to be able to comb his mind through the layers of military appellate caselaw and then apply your facts to the law. His knowledge of the body of military law is nothing short of encyclopedic. I recommend him without hesitation for work on any military appeal. Likewise, his knowledge of caselaw and his down-to-earth demeanor make him a fierce ally in the trial courtroom. He is able to relate to military panels and to advocate to the junior and most senior members of the panel. He obtained a just result of full acquittal in a murder case after countless hours of preparation and flawless execution at trial. I endorse him without reservation for military trial work."
