Second to none

Before you read any further reviews, consider this... What is your career worth to you? Is it worth fighting for? Would you hire the best defense if possible for your case? Than look no further. I can not express how deeply grateful I am for Mrs. Waddington. The odds were stacked against me for an... allegation that I did not commit. No one believed me, until I hired Mrs. Waddington. She constantly checked up on my case and was always available especially as I was overseas and still was able to answer any questions I had. She was always helpful and took the time to talk to me with such a kind and nurturing tone. She thoroughly looked at all evidence presented with such persistence and care. She was able to destroy the government's offense on multiple fronts which helped my case in a favorable outcome. Would I hire this attorney again? Absolutely. Not only is she a great attorney, but she was able to look and talk to me as a human being first and that is ultimately influenced my decision to hire her. If you are ever second guessing on whether or not to hire this attorney, I will help you, JUST HIRE HER. It is worth it. Once you speak to her even as a consultation, you will understand this is the attorney who is on your side. She ultimately was able to give me a chance to show that I was to be believed and I can finally move on with my life. Thank you for everything.

Second Chance

Let me start by saying that I was falsely accused of sexual assault by this crazy lady. My old CSM gave me the best advice at the moment; he told me to seek a civilian attorney and not talk to CID. The whole process was completed in 17 months. Charges were preferred at around 12 months. I immediat...ely called Mr. and Mrs. Waddington. Once they decided to take on my case, I was happy because I believed I had a fighting chance against the US government. I saved all my messages between me and this crazy lazy and sent Mr. and Mrs. Waddington everything to show her erratic behavior. I hired one attorney, but I gained two exceptional attorneys. The Army issued me a TDS attorney a week before my Article 32 hearing which we waived. TDS attorney PCS two months before the trial date, I was assigned another TDS lawyer, and she was terrific. Now my legal was set, and I know it will be a battle. The Government dropped evidence on our lap 30 days out. Mr. Waddington called me. I explain my side of the story. The whole time Mr. and Mrs. Waddington treated me with dignity and respect and believed in my truth, always finding a way to make me feel at ease. Once again, my case went on for 17 months; it was a long, painful journey. You need someone like Mr. and Mrs. Waddington to represent you in this biased military justice system (UCMJ). The Government had every intention of trying to convict me of something I did not do, especially in this War against sexual assault. Mr. and Mrs. Waddington flew to Germany a week before the Trial, and we prepared to fight. The night before the Trial, this liar changes her story in version five. From the open statement, witness cross-examination to the closing statement, Mr. Waddington is FANTASTIC. The Army had their most senior and best on the case; however, Mr. Waddington was outclassed and outmatched; it was not even close. Mr. Waddington caught this lady on every lie while on the stand. He asked the right questions and argued only relevant things. The Government did not present a CID agent, Amberg police, DNA evidence, or any experts; let's not forget a video that was missing the first five minutes. The prosecutor says members of the Jury, all these things are irrelevant. We don't want to waste your guy's time presenting this nonsense. The truth came out in the courtroom, and after four hours of waiting on deliberation, NOT GUILTY!!!!!!!! I stood in the position of attention and cried so hard for 17 months, and it was over on the day of my 17th year in the Army; Mr. and Mrs. Waddington gave me a second chance at life. To end this, the military could care less if you get accused of anything. Their goal is to get a conviction. Don't hesitate to call The Waddington's. It will be money well spent; I promise you will make that money.

Top Notch Lawyer with a Heart

I consulted with Alexandra about an ongoing CID investigation that I had been dealing with for over a year. In my situation, I had an affair with a woman that became my stalker after I stopped returning her calls and texts. Given the current victim SHARP climate in the Army, I should have hired a la...wyer much earlier instead of going with TDS. After my first conversation with Alexandra I decided to hire her firm. I am glad that I did. She gave me very realistic advice and listened to my side. Other lawyers I talked to we negative and judgmental. Alexandra gave me a sense of hope during a dark period of my life. Alexandra put together a plan of action for the court martial that was coming. We were able to do a cell phone extraction using Mr Roloff a digital expert that she recommended. Thankfully, we recovered a lot of helpful information, like photos and text messages from the woman falsely accusing me of sexual assault. Her advice and the info we got off of my cell phone were enough to get my false accuser to back down before charges were filed. I was able to continue with my life and career thanks to Alexandra. I recommend her for anyone that is falsely accused of a sex crime in the Army.

Great Expectations – Exceeded

What’s your life’s work worth? I believe many of Alexandra and Michael’s clients are junior in time/grade in the military. That being the case, many of the posted reviews are from the perspective of younger Service Members or their parents. As a more ‘seasoned’ Service Member, I have spent over tw...o decades in uniform. That’s when I found my family and my life’s work under attack by false accusations. Highly competent legal representation by Gonzalez & Waddington, LLC was the only way we succeeded in saving both. Bottom line, “NOT GUILTY on all counts” was the truth and it is what the judge read from a panel of my peers at the conclusion of my trial. The alternative: unthinkable – incarcerated for over 30 years, sex offender registration for life, a dishonorable discharge, and a family destroyed…by lies and a system heavily weighted in favor of the alleged victim. Candidly, I did have Great Expectations of Alexandra and Michael. My expectations were exceeded! Is it expensive? – only if you mistakenly frame the cost as anything other than an investment…in you. Give yourself permission – YOU are worth it! The great people of Gonzalez & Waddington – Alexandra, Michael, and Sandra – were phenomenal through the entire process. Over a 14-month ordeal from first being notified by CID of an impending investigation until the end of a 3-day trial. All of this turmoil stemming from sexual assault allegations dating back years. The circumstances of the allegation and the actions of the alleged victim across the years until the trial are incredible and near beyond belief. I give you that insight to say that Alexandra, Michael, and our assigned Trial Defense Service (TDS) attorney had a very complex case to manage. Professional, smart, and caring accurately describe how they aided my family and me in preparing and fighting for our present lives and future dreams. We did our part to gather information/facts, submit our character witness list, and follow careful protocols of avoiding social media and not making statements or discussing our case with ANYONE outside of our legal team. Our level of input was matched or exceeded at every turn. Military law is complex; don’t fight it alone. You need the best legal representation to successfully work yourself out of the maze. You need Alexandra and Michael on your Team. Make the investment! I am forever indebted to them and happily recommend their services to anyone facing serious UCMJ charges. What’s your life’s work worth? Don’t squander another minute!

outstanding

Two years ago, I did my consultation with Alexandra I was under investigation for sexual assault by a crazy female that did not even know who her victim was and just wanted media attention, the case seemed almost never-ending. I began calling around asking attorneys what their advice was. Alexandra h...ad answered my phone call and gave me hope that this could go away she instantly took an interest in my case and started helping me while my TDS attorney did literally nothing for 2 years. by talking to her she sounded very educated and confident and concerned I than proceeded to hire her and her husband MR Waddington and got an outstanding outcome on my case they worked hand and hand if Mr. Waddington wasn't working on one thing she was doing another by advocating for me making sure I did not get screwd over. Although it was a huge misunderstanding about the fees I would not hesitate to hire them again.
