Bob has went outta his way to makesure i got the best deal and kept me from going to jail he will fight for you untill he gets the best deal he believes we should get i cant thank you enough once again bob!!

Bob stepped in when my attorney took ill and had to leave his practice. He was efficient and took time to make sure I understood the process and possible outcomes. He had my case all taken care of within a matter of months instead of dragging it out. He is very personable and yet very professional. I would recommend his to anyone having criminal charges.

Before hiring Bob, I had actually looked him up right here on aavo.com, along with several other and had read all of their reviews. As my case got closer, I was talking to a good friend who, several years ago, got accused of some pretty serious offenses. He highly recommended Bob to me, explained, in detail, the charges, his story, and how Bob dealt with it. My friend went to trial and was aquitted. This first hand account was all the validation I needed on top of all his great reviews. In my case, I was afraid of going to trial. An ongoing case with others who were under investigation may have strengthen their case. I had to get this over quickly. There was a lot circumstantial evidence...and a gun I had no idea was in my home. The DEA was not exactly honest in their evidence. But they did have, in my opinion, enough to get a posession charge. I was lucky, as a convicted felon, not to get charged with the gun. Bob gave me some great advice, and I honestly did not see how he handled it. I was late getting to court. He said not to worry, he handled it and told me to have a seat outside the room. A few minutes later he and I went into a side room, he explained to me my options as to what the ada was asking for a ssntence. She asked for 30 days and a year probation. That was exactly what I was praying to offer. But I had not yet given him the letters he asked me to get from some peopled I'd helped in the past as well as a letter about my life in general including highs, lows, treatments, addiction... On e again, he said go ahead and stay out here and relax. Twenty minutes later he comes out and says she reduced it to twenty days. Not only is Bob a great lawyer--he appeared to totally be the one in control in the courtroom, he was immediately very easy to talk to. So et me you meet a person that...you just know really cares. Bob is one of those people. My friend said ..."dude...He is a pit bull in that courtroom". Although I didnt set him in a tin in trial, but little I saw, it was obvious he was in complete cool of that entire roo. When he spoke, the room listened.until now, I never cared for lawyers too much. Bob charged that. If you nervous, scared, or anxious, don't be. Whatever your circumstances are, Bob will Find the very best resolution for you as possible.
