Dr. Sarah Condor-Fisher, Ed.D., LL.M., is a former Olympic swimmer, "All American" athlete, USMS National Champion, Miss USA in Natural Bodybuilding and a Level 3 USMS "Recognized Coach." She represents sports associations as well as individual athletes, specializes in promotional and endorsement contracts, WADA regulations, trademark and copyright, is well versed in general corporate and business law, including incorporations, small business defense, franchising and other aspects of business. She has represented clients in property litigation, neighbor disputes, breach of contract actions, medical malpractice, and personal injury.
Dr. Fisher is a Professor of Constitutional, Administrative, and Criminal law, Healthcare, and Education law. She teaches at American Heritage College, and is a Board member of the ProEducation Group. As a former University Professor of American Literature and the English language, with many years of teaching experience at various levels, language expert formerly employed by the European Commission, and author of over 60 books, she is well-versed in the intricacies of Education Law, composition, and the English language. This makes her an invaluable asset to all clients with transactional issues and claims based on contractual vagaries. She is proficient in writing Bylaws, Shareholder Agreements, Investorship Agreements, Promotional and Entertainment contracts.
