I have worked with Mr. Norris before and won that case as well. Mr. Norris is highly motivated and clearly interested in listening and guiding someone through a Lemon Law process. I have had a Vehicle Leaking from the roof for over 9 months, took it to the shop approximately 6-8 times for repairs. I ...had pictures of the leaks, timelines to when they occurred etc. However even with all this the thing that really won my case and allowed me to be able to turn the Lemon in and get a replacement vehicle was Mr. Norris' consultations with the 3rd parties lead attorney. I highly recommend him and he is an absolutely caring, patient and great person as well as a phenomenal attorney. If you have Lemon Law problems and meet the required criteria I would go to no one else. He is simply the best. While it took over 9 months to resolve my problem he was extremely patient and kept me in line. I had a tendency to lose my patience and he would calm me down and allow the process to take its course. He is simply great at what he does. Don't hire anyone else if you want the best attorney out there. I went from a 2013 to a 2015 with his help. But the best thing of all I was able to turn in that true Lemon that the company really gave me a hard time with, regardless of a mountain of pictures etc. Mr. Norris and the 3rd Party Lawyer was the real reason I was successful in getting out of my nightmare with his help. 5 Stars.

I bought a used car from a dealership only to find out that the vehicle i purchased was a salvage vehicle. I contacted the Norris law firm and received a phone call back from Matt immediately and told him what had happened. I came to Matt with a very convoluted dealership fraud case involving a used car dealership in Mooresville Nc. Without getting into a lot of detail let me just say I was lied too every step of the way by this dealership and it ultimately ended up with me making a sizeable down payment and numerous mo...nthly payments on time and then waking up on Sunday morning to a repo man taking my car.
