Never heard back from this lawyer
People recommend him for my auto dealer fraud cases. After first phone call, he asked me for all the documents and evidence I had for my case and mentioned that he will review my case. But after I sent him all the documents. I NEVER EVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK from emails, phone calls or text message. T...
I'm sorry you had a bad experience with contacting my firm. I strive to make every effort to reach out to people as quickly as I can. Many factors, such as commitments to existing clients, out of office matters, and volume of inquiries can impact the time necessary to review and respond. I did contact you back, and provided you with a detailed written response and suggested ways to gather more facts on your issue. I followed back up with you to confirm that you had received my response, but did not hear back. While I cannot accept every case, I do try to provide prospective clients with additional help by way of other referral sources and avenues to pursue claims independently, such as small claims court . I encourage you to use one of those resources to either find an attorney to take on your case, or to pursue the matter on your own if that is what you choose to do. Either way, I thank you for contacting us, and wish you the best of luck in getting the matter resolved.

Excellent Lemon Law Attorney!
Matt helped me with a Lemon Law case with a foreign car manufacturer for our minivan, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He kept in touch with us from start to finish and we ended up with a solution that we thought was fair all around, and allowed us to put this behind us without more inconv...

Attorney Matt Norris is awesome! We had a long, drawn out battle with a used car salesman. Matt stuck it out and endured to the end after numerous continuations and long drives. In the end, we were victorious. Hopefully my case will serve notice to used car dealers everywhere, that you cannot just p...

Matt is the best
We went through arbitration on our own and we lost. We thought it was hopeless until we called Matt. He listened to our grievances and worked immediately on our case. He put our minds at ease. It was like the peace of mind you get when you are a young child and you know that your parents will make ev...

Went above and beyond to settle my case!
Matt and his assistant Rachel were both wonderful to work with. My case was more difficult than the average because instead of doing an even trade I wanted to go with a different model. Matt worked tirelessly for months to help me reach an agreement with the manufacturer that I was satisfied with. I ...

"I endorse this lawyer. I worked with Matt in preparing for a recent conference at which we both spoke and found him to be highly knowledgeable in the areas of auto fraud and lemon law, as well as very passionate about helping consumers win their fight against dishonest car dealers. If you are looking for an auto fraud or lemon law attorney in North Carolina, then you are in good hands with Matt."
"I endorse this lawyer wholeheartedly. In a few short years, Matt has become extremely knowledgeable about consumer sales fraud law and consumer protection law and become one of the best in the state. I have known him for at least 3 or 4 years and am continually impressed with his achievements (in and out of the courtroom) and his extraordinary knowledge of the law. If you have a consumer law problem, and his office is anywhere near you, I highly recommend him to you."
