Replied last April 21, 2025I've been "Attorney and Counselor at law" for 30 years. I vaguely remember your post. You insisted that you did not have a contract, even though it seemed to me that you did. You did not like the advice given and chose to attack the messenger. I think you said the car was NOT under your name and a woman you had feelings for, but who hurt you, was helping you go get it and put it in her name? Hard to recall when someone goes so far into trying to cheat the system? Anyhow, I think you wanted to just take it? There are laws against doing that. Civil Law = "conversion." Criminal Law = "Theft." I answer these questions to help people. I answer 5-10 a day and rarely remember them. As you can see, some 95% of folks find my input helpful. The ones who do not like the advice? Ya, they do not tend to like what is said... I semi-recall this post as you seemed rude to me and frankly, it felt like you wanted someone to confirm it was OK to commit the act of conversion or theft. Some people do not really want to be helped. Instead, they prefer to live in an echo chamber where all of their thoughts are confirmed and anyone who disagrees? That person is rude? I disagreed on a legal and on a moral basis. I still disagree. Your negative posting here to try to harm someone who tried to help you, seems to be a bit of a pattern? I wish you only good things and a good life. One good start to your better life would be to remove this post...

Replied last April 21, 2025Amazing, an international company with no in-house OR regular counsel to lean on. Any 'advice' ANYONE even a non atty, would give is to: a- talk to your regular attorney; b- if you do not have a regular attorney (shocking really if true) hire one; c- Do NOT look for free legal advice on a bulletin board, as it could hurt your legitimate business d- Lastly, be careful not to let the other firms you do business with, know you do not have counsel, or they will absolutely take advantage of you.

Thank you for your help. Ur answer is such different from other. Other lawyer said it is not woth to go small court for brake but is not about money. It is about their scam.
