Mr. Macht not only presented himself professionally and respectfully as a legal representative for another client in the courtroom on the date that I appeared in August...but when I introduced myself to him as a woman who sought legal counsel in an attempt to find a viable resolution for the issue at... hand, he was most kind, courteous, and caring enough to offer his immediate assistance. I had come to court on the assigned date to hopefully dismiss the matter with the evidence I provided. However, it did not happen as I had expected. When the court convened for a 15 minute break, I sat outside the courtroom realizing I needed help. I desperately needed a quick resolution. I fully understood that the matter was too difficult for me and was causing me much anguish because I felt that I was "not guilty as charged," contrary to the evidence provided... About that time, I looked up and saw a man whom I recognized as legal counsel for another client who also appeared that day. As Mr. Macht was about to enter the courtroom, I asked him a question regarding "courtroom etiquette." Not only did he respond to me as though I was the most important person on his agenda, he also stopped, listened to and addressed my concerns, and answered all my questions. Because he showed genuine interest for my situation, I felt comfortable sharing with him as he took the time to make sure that he had all the relevant information he needed to proceed. His diligence and persistence prompted me to accurately describe the circumstances that provided the missing link between what it appeared to be versus what really happened. After all was said and done, I realized that I had found counsel that I can really trust... Thank you Mr. Macht for being so good and so kind to a perfect stranger who has now become an advocate and a friend for life...

I was charged with a felony from my previous employeer. I maintained throughout everything that I did not do the crime committed. He met with me and was very honest about the penalty I may face but promised to be there every step of the way with me. Any questions I had, he got back to me in a timely ...manner, and when I had to be booked he was there with me the entire time. After two months my case was dismissed due to evidence that I did not commit the crime. Macht treated me like a person and not a criminal. He was the one friend I had throughout the entire process. I know that I should never need legal representation again but I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's the best at what he does.
