Austin v Stokes Craven Holding Company
Jury found for Mr. Austin in the amount of $26,371.10 in actual damages and $216,600 in punitive damages. On appeal, the Supreme Court of South Carolina found that $49,936.50 in trial level fees was also warranted.
Wright v Ralph C. Craft d/b/a Craft Auto Mart, Inc.
The jury found for Mr. Wright under the SC Unfair Trade Practices Act in the amount of $25,578.00 which was trebled by the court for a total of $76,734. The Court awarded attorney's fees of $70,650 and costs in the amount of $4,656.59.
Patrick v Daimler Chrysler Corporation, Hoover Jeep-Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. and Chrysler Financial Company, LLC.
Jury found for Mr. and Ms. Patrick. Chrysler was ordered to pay $17,126.40 for the Jeep and $73,050 towards the Patrick's attorney's fees.
Kucharski v Rick Hendricks
