Matt Norris is simply the best. End of story. I bought a new vehicle in 2022 and had nothing but mechanical and electrical issues. The issues ranged from improper assembly to faulty components and design flaws. In three years of ownership, the vehicle spent over 100 days at the dealership with ov...er a dozen visits for diagnostics and repair. One electrical issue lingered, with no timeline for repair after the replacement of multiple and repeated components. I worked with their customer service for over a year and even tried arbitration (I lost). My son purchased a $46,000.00 brand new vehicle from a dealership in North Carolina back Oct 2021. The car had less than 32 miles on it and the electrical system shut down and left my son stranded on the freeway. The dealership (Riverside) in N/C could careless about the issue.
