Realistic, Knowledgeable, Experienced and Willing to Fight for You

I was charged with reckless driving 117 in a 70, which is jail time. I called every lawyer in the state of VA that offered free consultation and Jonathan Fisher was by far the most knowledgeable person I spoke to. His price is more expensive than most, but it is by far worth every penny. I hired him ...on as my attorney and he handled everything from then on. Mr. Fisher was able to talk prosecution down to no jail time, and nothing on my record if I agreed to a fine and community service. During negotiations with prosecution, Mr. Fisher was excellent in that he continued negotiations until there was an outcome I was satisfied with. There was never a doubt in my mind that Mr. Fisher had my best interests first and foremost in his mind and was willing to fight for them. Throughout the entire process he was non-judgmental and more than willing to work with me whenever I needed it. He is quick to respond to emails or return phone calls. He was willing to take time out of his personal life to talk with me whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. I would highly recommend him for any traffic violation you are facing.

I was really proud of this case. I've gotten cases dismissed at higher speeds on technical grounds, but this was the fastest case I've been involved with where the judge thought there was enough evidence to convict and we still found a path to avoid a reckless. This in a county where the normal result is 1 day in jail for every mph over 100. I pride myself on trying to get judges and prosecutors to see my clients as more than just a speed number. It was my pleasure to help the court to realize that this fine young person deserved this break.

Reckless Driving Ticket

Mr. Fisher was extremely helpful and open about my speeding ticket in Pulaski County. Cited with a 97 in a 70 and Mr. Fisher advised to get started on community service hours and putting together my previous driving history. He attended on my behalf as I am a resident of Charlotte NC. Ticket ...was reduced to improper driving. Best case situation achieved.

Not Guilty Plea, Head on Collision

Mr. Jonathan Preston Fisher's performance was exceptional by providing his expertise as my attorney to ensure I will not be prosecuted for reckless driving. All facts presented by witnesses and State Trooper was based on speculation and Mr. Fisher was very specific addressing the "speculation" eleme...nt of their presentation to the court. Judge concurred. I strongly and without reservation recommend Mr. Jonathan P. Fisher be considered by anyone in need of an Attorney that has the intelligence, experience and commitment for any client who is in need of professional support on any legal aspects specifically dealing with traffic issues.

Worth every penny

Mr. Fisher was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. I was facing a reckless driving ticket, and I was very hesitant to work with Fisher Law Firm at first, because I had no idea what kind of value I would be getting for my money. After I initially contacted the firm, he actually reached out to ...me personally, and offered to represent me himself. He assured me that he would be able to significantly reduce my charge if not eliminate it entirely, and he is a man of his word. With minimal effort on my part, I was able to go from a 74/55 reckless charge, to a modest 64/55 speeding charge. The amount of money I will be saving on my insurance premiums is certainly worth every penny it took to hire Mr. Fisher! If you need a lawyer in Blacksburg/Christiansburg/Roanoke, I highly recommend Fisher Law Firm for how simple, professional, and successful they were at handling my case.

Two Reckless Driving Charges

After search the Blacksburg area for the best potential lawyer I came across Mr. Fisher. I initially had a reckless driving charge for a single vehicle accident. A month later I received a reckless driving charge for speeding on a major road. Mr. Fisher was able to knock both charges down to 0 point..., defective equipment charges. I also have a pretty heavy driving record so he left me astonished! I've been to court many times for poor driving habits and Mr. Fisher is by far the best attorney I've ever worked with. The only thing I'd have to nitpick is that fact that communication is not the best. I had to stay on top of the cases myself and the attorney I was originally assigned to quit unexpectedly and I wasn't informed until I called a 2 days before my court date. However, Mr. Fisher himself took over and handle it exceptionally well. He also is very good with taking phone calls. He's fast paced and seems to be a man of his word. I couldn't be happier with the outcomes!
