A lawyer who "gets it."

Peter knows the court system. He knows the politics of it. It is helpful for most of us who don't have any insight on how the court system "truly" works. Before retaining Peter, I hired lawyers who were paper pushers. Their work was basically legal clerical work. Peter treats your case as impor...tant as you do. He fights for you. He is the first lawyer who was truly on my side.

Best Attorney

I have known Peter since in 2007 when he fought a child custody case for me, Peter is one of the best attorneys anyone can have to represent them. He knows the system so good and stand up to those judges who knows nothing. Peter communicates with me for anything and I can reach him at anytime i want ...to. Peter really knows the legal system and is always there for me. His works is so extra ordinary, he shows me out everything in fine details. So i never regretted choosing Peter to represent me up to this day and would always reccomend him to anyone in the future. Keep up the GOOD work Peter.

One of the best attorneys you can have on your side

Peters is a true fighter who hates the corrupt system that has been helping the mental mothers get away with abusing children. This attorney has BALLS to stand up to these judges who violate our rights.

Divorce

I used Peter's services for my divorce. He explained every procedure and every step of the process and answered all of my questions and was available at all times for any emergency. He explained everything. He is very knowledgable in all documents needed and was very persistent in obtaining them. ... This was in Peter's words "a slam dunk" case. I was ecstatic with the outcome and very impressed by him being very tenacious in advocating for me. I highly recommend him and would use his services again.

A Gifted Attorney and Amazing Person

My step-daughter is still in the middle of a incredibly acrimonious custody dispute in Colorado. Mr. Lomtevas was originally pro hoc'ed but when the sponsoring attorney on the case abruptly quite he lost his pro hoc. It took quite some time (and a CFI horribly flawed) for our daughter's next attorne...y to admit he was out of his league and agreed to pro hoc Mr. Lomtevas again. A hearing was set not three days away. Mr. Lomtevas flew in with 48 hours notice with his expert witness Dr. Monty that had several times in the past observed our grandchildren, spent time with us, our daughters mother and our oldest grandson as well. They worked feverishly through the night to produce a report and prepare and we all pitched in to make copies and get them to the correct place at the correct time. To watch Mr. Lomtevas in court is to watch an artist at work. One might expect a NY City attorney to be gruff, loud and abrasive. Mr. Lomtevas is almost soft spoken, a true gentleman and follows courtroom procedure to a tee. Aggressive in the way he challenges the witness, but always in a very polite manner. Direct, but never loud or abrasive. Mr. Lomtevas and Dr. Monty have a tremendous sense of right and wrong, and are truly compassionate people. AND they have a sense of humor! This is a very complex case with the machine aligned against us, but we have full confidence that Mr. Lomtevas will see it through. Even if it is on appeal. Mr. Lomtevas does not give up!
