Exceptional!

I had an urgent issue and I called Attorney Bowman and he listened to my issue and provided me with information that was very helpful and eased my concerns and offered for me to contact him in the future if needed. He was very practical and cared about my issue. Highly recommend this Attorney!

HIGHLY Recommend!

If you are looking for an experienced, skilled workers’ comp attorney who also happens to be a caring person, please contact Bowman Law. My case was very unusual. Lawyers from other firms (large and small) were not interested in helping me. Joe not only took my case, but he pursued it after a denial ...by the Commission. Because of him, my mediation had a positive outcome and I can now move on. If I didn’t have Joe navigate me through all the complicated legal twists and turns, and protect me from my employer’s insurance company, I’m sure my case would have gone nowhere -- only compounding all the stress. On a personal level, in addition to his expertise, Joe and his team always had time for my many questions and concerns. It was such a relief to know someone had my back while I was dealing with health matters and job loss. If you need someone to fight for YOU, do yourself a big favor and call Joe!

Excellence is the Standard!

Finding a good attorney for unemployment law in this area is a real challenge. Normally, I choose representation via referrals from people I trust. However, in this case I had only the internet to lead me to Joseph Bowman. I was a bit apprehensive but left a voice mail with basic information for him.... He responded to my call the same day and spent considerable time discussing my concerns via the telephone. He left such a good first impression and I felt so at ease with his abilities that I hired him during that initial phone call. Mr. Bowman was always prompt in returning my calls and addressing any concerns. He offered both the pros and cons and often reminded me that he could not guarantee a win. This reminder was not served as a negative but rather as a way of keeping me grounded in the intricacies of the legal world. He always made recommendations but made sure that I knew that I was in the driver's seat and he would represent me to the best of his ability, regardless of what path I chose to take. The bottom line, I could not ask for a better or more responsive legal representation than that which I experienced with Mr. Bowman. And as a side note,,,we did win my case! Even if we had not, it would have been money well spent for being armed with knowledge always conveys power. Thanks to Joseph Bowman, I am in a better place financially and feel confident my rights were fully represented!

Great Lawyer

Mr. Bowman went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable with my hearing. He was very knowledgeable on what to expect and on the unemployment laws. I would recommend Mr. Bowman to anyone in the Triad area that needs someone that will be needing an unemployment lawyer.
