""I have known Josh for the past nine years, and I have worked with him on numerous federal criminal matters. He possesses an almost encyclopedic knowledge of federal criminal law and procedure; he works well with his clients and other attorneys; and he is a gifted trial lawyer. Josh is a tireless and zealous advocate for those whom he represents. I look forward to working with him in the future.""
"Despite being a Gamecock, Josh Lowther is a fine lawyer and a fine man. I was an intern in a prosecutor's office when Josh first started out defending people and the Fourth Amendment. He was the living personification of any number of protagonists from John Grisham's novels. To my knowledge, Josh never sought the security of government employment nor did he ever slow down in his quest to become the fine lawyer he is. Josh has a presence. He's very much the man on top of his game in court. He's fearless, leaving no avenue unexplored (figuratively and literally), no matter the dangers. There's quite a few very "dangerous" places Josh has gone on behalf of his clients. Unlike many of us who'd just assume hear about where there was a shooting or robbery or something else awful, Josh will go there and talk to the witnesses himself and look for other witnesses unknown. If you need a lawyer with a presence, with skill, with determination and courage, you need Josh Lowther."
"Simply put, Joshua Lowther is one of the best criminal defense lawyers practicing in federal court today. He is a natural in the courtroom, and he has a way with juries. What separates him from most other lawyers is his ability to identify the real issues at play and get in front of them. This proactive approach greatly benefits his clients. The government’s attorneys have tremendous respect for Mr. Lowther - they know he knows the law and will fight tooth and nail for his clients. In my experience, the courts also have a great deal of respect for Joshua based his legal acumen and professionalism. I’m a criminal defense lawyer and I’ve been in practice for over 15 years. Roughly one third of my practice is federal. In short, I know my way around a courtroom. Even now, when presented with a difficult issue, I will call Joshua and run it by him. If I were being prosecuted by the federal government or that the federal government was investigating me, I would call Mr Lowther."
"I wholeheartedly endorse Josh Lowther. He is a friend and a respected colleague with whom I've worked on several matters. Federal defendants with Josh as a lawyer are in very good hands."
"An absolute expert in federal criminal defense. He's always stood ready assist me with any questions I ever had. Excellent litigator."
"An extremely talented and well respected attorney in the legal community, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who knows the law and truly cares about protecting the rights of his clients and getting them the most favorable result possible."
"Lawyers who serve the avvo community as much as Mr. Lowther are few and far between. It takes passion, concern and dedication to devote so much time. You have my endorsement and kudos."
