Robert Steven Gershon

I hired Rob Gershon prior to hiring Michael Mueller . He had my case from October of 2022 until August of 2023. A total of 10 months. Initially prior to highering him I filed my own custody visitation child support paper work with the courts and uploaded my documents into the Edds and wrote my own ac...s appeal letter. Rob did make several court appearance and file motions and petitions after I hired him however , I was not pleased with his performance because the case was not progressing. I reported him to the bat association as well however he charged $4,500 and in his invoice he did do more work and he refunded me $700 for the work that I did and that he did not do. Therefore, he was fair because he refunded me what was owed to me with Michael Mueller I have to go to the bar to dispute my refund for him robbing me and charging me 10,000 unnecessarily when majority of the work was already completed by Rob and myself . So I will say Rob is fair but I wasn’t pleased with either of them now I am seeking a 3 rd attorney .

First of all I must say that God had bless myself and my mother with meeting Mr Robert Gershon. He is hardworking patience, very easy to talk to. He always took time to explain everything to myself and my mother. He was never at anytime aggressive compare to other lawyers that I have heard about. M...r Gershon is a sweetheart. He always came prepared with his paperwork and I must say always dressed fresh and professional. My mom always said what a handsome man he is. (Had to put that in) He never pushed for his payment. He is one in a million. I always had faith in him. In the beginning my mom commented that he was too young, but when she saw what he had to put out she was convinced that he was the right choice. My mom case was very lengthy and even though I know he felt a little tired he never showed it. He is a decent man. His parents raised him well. So easy to talk to. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude, appreciation, and ultimately indebtedness our family has and feels for Mr Robert. Mr Robert was nothing but honest and forthright and it was much appreciated, I was left with no false hopes or expectations. My only regret is that I did not hire Mr Robert Gershon sooner, we all will be forever in his debt, and forever humbled by his service! He is our Hero! Thank you a million times over!

Robert clearly laid out a plan that helped me through this difficult and unexpected divorce.
