Excellent attorney

I hired Peter for a custody dispute. Unlike past attorney's I have used he was easy to get a hold of. He answered all my questions, spent numerous amounts of time talking to me and took me step by step. He was familiar with the courts, judges, referees and AFC's and was able to give me the best advi...ce on the situation. Although I ran out of money and couldn't proceed with his advice, I would highly recommend Peter to someone else. He is a relentless advocate.

Expert Legal Advice, Caring, Fair

Mr. Lomtevas is legally as sharp as a knife. Where lawyers may often be cursory or cloaked in their approach, he is transparent, strategic, and essentially, brilliant. He is also very protective of his clients' human rights. I sought expert legal counsel from him and got it! After speaking to him..., you will want to retain him permanently. I could only speculate about the kind of litigator he must be. Avvo is very fortunate to have him on their team!

I would consider myself lucky being able to retain Peter. I should move downstate and keep him on permanent retainer. He could change lives for the better up here. There are very few Knights in the World today. Make sure you Express Gratitude for taking his time. It's worth more than Gold

Useful advice

I called Peter's office a couple of days ago, asking for an urgent advice with an ACS investigation. Peter spent over half an hour on the phone with me, reviewing the circumstances and giving me practical advice. When I offered to reimburse him for his time he refused saying that he does not milk ppl.... He is definitely on top of the list of attorneys I consider for my case. I am really grateful for his time and support.
