Welcome to my Avvo profile. I have been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1997. I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area, and am a 1987 graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. Before that, I earned a BA in psychology and an MBA in economics/finance, both from Temple University. I have been a sole practitioner since 2010. Prior to 2010, I was a New Jersey State Criminal Prosecutor (Financial Crimes Unit) and Florida Assistant Attorney General (Tampa Economic Crime Unit). I am licensed to practice law in all of Florida's state and Federal courts, and I practice throughout the state of Florida. I practice immigration law throughout the United States.

What a crazy person
There is something profoundly wrong with this person . He called me an idiot. He game me contradicting information. Was trying to sell me some service that I don’t need . Keeps writing to me continuously and insaulting me. What a kuku.

Replied last July 15, 2024Readers should take this review with a grain of salt, as it’s a gross misstatement of the facts written by a dimwit with an axe to grind. In a nutshell, they did something profoundly stupid. In fact I feel certain that one would be unable to find anyone in the world (yes, the world), who has done what they did. Now they have no reasonable recourse against their adverse party, and so they’re going to flail around wildly in an attempt to nail anyone within reach. It doesn’t matter to them that I’m not culpable, only that I’m reachable. I urge all other attorneys to stay far away from this situation. As for me, I’m drafting a defamation per se lawsuit against them. They’ll be wishing they stayed in their lane when I’m through with them (congrats, now you’re facing not just 1 possible lawsuit, but 2!!!). And if they think I’m bluffing, I invite them to please PLEASE try me!

Did not live up to agreement
He agreed to take case on contingency then asked for payment three times for a total of $1500.00,which I paid, before he reviewed case. Refused to return case documentation or payment

Replied last October 12, 2017I NEVER represent a client without a written contract. That’s my standard operating procedure, and I followed my SOP with this former client, just as I do with ALL of my clients. So he knew full well what the terms and conditions of our contract were, and he knew that we were utilizing a hybrid contingency contract that had a pre-payment component. No one held a gun to his head. He’s also threatened me with a Florida Bar grievance, and now he’s taken to whining in this forum as well. I respectfully urge Avvo readers to read ALL of my reviews before reaching any conclusions about my professionalism. If you do, you will see that this malcontent‘s comments are way out of line with the other comments. He needs to get a life. Lastly, I request that Avvo delete his defamatory comments if Avvo wishes me to continue to participate in this forum.
