An Attorney That Delivers!

We contacted Mr. Fucillo regarding our landlord (a national company) not returning our security deposit and submitting false claims against the deposit after their allotted 30 day window. He put our minds at ease and took care of everything and we didn't have to worry or think about it at all. Ulti...mately he won for us and they even had to pay the attorney's fees! We are very thankful for his hard work!

Landlord & Tenant advice session

Very good experience. He was knowledgeable, experienced and detailed. Had a pleathera of knowledge. I was happy to hear his advice. However avvo billed me for 2x the advise so be careful of avvo's billing. I got a simple email from another attorney and it was useless vs my call w this great atty....
