Excellent service, reasonably priced

Tony was super responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He managed to get an amazing settlement against BHG. His fee was well within reason for his services. I highly recommend him.

I hired Anthony Pietrafesa for a very difficult case; he not only did his job but also went above and beyond, with customized solutions and had patience answering all my questions. Anyone needing help with creditors should hire him, you will not be disappointed.

Took Money. Did Nothing. Wont Respond to Weeks of Phone Calls and Emails

My wife recieved an income execution back in February of this year. We hired Mr Pietrafesa to handle this matter and paid him $750 as a retainer for his services. He stated he reach out to the court in question and get back to us. At first he would respond and state that it was taking longer than ...expected because of staffing issues with the court and getting the file. Because the original case was so long ago. About 2 months ago now. We recieved another income execution regarding the same alleged debt. We quickly reached out to Mr Pietrafesa for an update. We left a message and email and figured he would be in touch shortly. As he always was before. After not hearing back we called and emailed again. It has now been 2 months of calling and emails and this man has not responded once. He ignores are phone calls and emails. He took our money as a retainer and cant even bother to respond about our case. If he doesnt want to work on the case. Simply say so and return the money. But if you take the money then do your due diligence and work on the case you were retained for. Its simple. Nothing was done regarding this and I find it ridiculous. FOr the past couple days I have been contemplating filing a grievence with the Attorney Grievence Committee just to get a response in some form or fashion. Dont hire this attorney. He takes your money happily and then stops or does no work and never responds. It pains me to say this because just a few short years ago. He worked on a similar case for me and everything went fine.

Amazing and Always Honest!

I called him in 2019 to get assistance with a car repossession on my credit report. He not only went above and beyond to help me stop these vultures that violated my rights. But made sure that they would pay! I have used him 3 times since then to turn my credit score around on people who have viol...ated my civil rights! Best $3,500.00 I have ever spent.

Not a decent lawyer

We hired him because we were literally getting screwed over by a debt company said he could help we met him at a Denny's took some of our paperwork we never got back and now we just want our 500 back that he took and never gave back wrote one letter and that was it can't get ahold of him he won't a...nswer the phone what kind of person does that this somebody that is already in fear of everything that is going on in their life and anxieties like on the very high list of everything and then he does this to us shame on him karma
