Civil Lawsuit against Client
Natalie is very knowledgeable, fast and was excellent helping us with a litigation against a business client she was always advising us in the right direction, easy to contact her and respond to us. Our litigation got settled at the end, I definitely will recommend her and will use her again in any litigation it might come. You can feel cared and well represented.

Natalie was beyond amazing, she helped me dismiss a temporary injunction where I was being falsely accused by my ex-wife. She was super accommodating, very responsive, and has a plethora of background and information to offer her clients! Natalie genuinely cares for her clients and takes her job very seriously, my temporary injunction was served to me on Tuesday for hearing on Wednesday of the same week and she made it happen! She saved my career and didn't even break a sweat! 10/10 would recommend to anyone, I felt like apart of the Valdes Law Firm family.

I unknowingly purchased a property that was later cited with after the fact code violations by the city, Natalie help me renegotiate the terms of the contract. and was instrumental in dealing with the city attorneys.

Excellent Lawyer
Ms. Guerra-Valdes is very knowledgeable in cases involving landlord/tenant conflicts. Her extensive knowledge of the law and her compassion to help others allows her to effectively advocate on behalf of the rights of tenants. She is passionate in her practice and allowed me to feel at ease throughout the process. She was able to help me retain my withheld rent from a landlord who refused to replace my air conditioning for 7 months. I would highly recommend Ms. Guerra-Valdes to anyone experiencing landlord/tenant conflicts.

It's Because of Natalie I Won My Case!
Natalie was quick to help me, along with one of her colleagues, last year when I was experiencing troubles with my landlord withholding my deposit. I had no idea where to even begin with the lawsuit process. With Natalie's help I was not only able to learn the logistics, but also build a flawless case that in the end had me awarded all of my monies. She was incredibly helpful, genuinely cared about my case, and constantly followed-up and provided research and statutes to ensure I was in good shape. If it weren't for her I probably wouldn't have even had the abilities to pursue this. Best attorney.

Disappointing...
We hired Natalie on a real estate matter and it was not a pleasant expereience. She was unreachable and only corresponded via email. She missed a contractual dealine and never notified us. There are many better attorneys out there- avoid this one at all costs.
