Great Job!

Mr. Castagliuolo helped me file my bankruptcy quickly and made sure everything was taken care of correctly. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely Awesome Attorney!

Towards the end of 2015, my husband used Mr. Castagluiolo's services and we were thoroughly impressed with the outcome. This was a debt collection case that we were not aware we had from 2007. I was actually surprised at his ability to get the case dismissed! Recently, I was the one needing le...gal help and knew exactly who to call. Within approximately 3 weeks, Mr. Castagliulo was able to resolve this matter too. Again, from a 2007 old debt was bought up and I didn’t know they had gotten a judgment against me. I didn’t even know what credit card this was. All I knew was this debt collector was now garnishing my wages for an exorbitant amount! I was scared and quite panicked over having half of my pay taken without any real notice. Long story short, the garnishment was dismissed and my pay is on its way to being returned. For the sake of myself and my family, I’m forever thankful. With having successful outcomes not once, but now twice through hiring him, I would positively hire him again and he was my first go-to person. I would suggest to anyone who is having any type of debt collection issues, to seek his advice immediately and hire him. I’ve truly learned by experience. Long story short, he was able to calm my nerves and take over. I filled out some paperwork and he took over the rest. I do want to add that I attempted to be a google-lawyer and handle my husband’s case myself. I thought, hey, I can do this - I am an educated person, I can figure this out and I do have access to legal terms online. However, the more I did, the deeper it seemed I dug myself. I had backed myself into a corner where I needed real help because my next filing would have set the outcome of the case and I was too scared to finalize things in the wrong way. One wrong filing or one wrong word could have made all the difference. By attempting to do so much of this legal-work on my own, I had jeopardized the outcome by making it much harder to take care of and found that I had caused additional unnecessary work when he took over the case. I’ll never live that down. What I learned most throughout this experience is that debt collectors, aka junk debt buyers, expect that we aren’t experienced so they have the advantage when coming after us. They know what and when to file, how to trip us up and what to plan for next that we, as every day citizens, do not. This is what Mr. C. does every day. I now know to leave this stuff to him and hire a professional. Lesson learned. I'm forever thankful that I found Mr. Castagliuolo and will keep him on my speed dial for future use. In my opinion, he’s the one and only – the best. I highly recommend him!

Outstanding Attorney

I highly recommend Mr. Castagliuolo without reservation. He is thoroughly knowledgeable in the Florida statues and well versed in its application. He is a strategist who uses his skills and experience to represent his client’s position. Mr. Castagliuolo successfully defended my case against... an unrelenting JDB. My victory is the result of his expertise that comes from a deep understanding of defending against JDB lawsuits. At no point did I ever doubt my decision to hire Mr. Castagliuolo and are grateful for all his efforts and hard work.

Review of Attorney Castagliulo

Eugene P. Castagliuolo, Esquire was awesome and did what he needed to help me with a complex legal case. I share my experience here - hoping it will help others to cut thru the maze of finding a good lawyer. New to Florida - I researched for an attorney who could help me resolve a complex co...nsumer legal issue which I had been unable to resolve on my own. After extensive research on the web and by word of mouth - I came up with my top five lawyers with experience, skill etc. - Mr. Castagliuolo was among the top lawyers of my research. Then, while shopping at a local supermarket - I overheard two intelligent looking people discussing how pleased they were to have won some legal issue - when I heard them refer to their lawyer as a super lawyer ............. I approached them - told them I was new to Florida and needed a lawyer then after they provided the name of their attorney - I wrote down the name Eurgene Castagliuolo who I then contacted I was familiar with the name from my prior research. To the people in the supermarket - I explained a bit about my legal issue - and one guy in the store told me Attorney Castagliuolo was easy to talk to and able to understand and resolve complex issues. I used Atty Castagliuolo and am grateful for his help. I will use him as my initial legal contact with confidence as my lawyer from now on.

Eugene was wonderful!

Eugene was wonderful at defending me from credit card debt lawsuit. He brought relief quickly and even made them pay for some of his attorney fees. Quite frankly, I expected to have to pay a settlement but I was shocked when Eugene said he was confident he could get a favorable outcome and he did. ...I would recommend him to anyone who need help. He brought an end to the lawsuit that I was happy with.
