Best Decision I Ever Made!!

I cannot even express the depth of gratitude I owe John and his office team! I had seen a few lawyers before meeting with John, but I immediately felt at ease with John, like he was already an old friend, and that is why I felt good about hiring him to help me. His frank honesty gave me the courage t...o pursue a Ch. 7 bankruptcy, and it was the best decision I ever made! His assistant Brooke was also very patient with me and all my questions and fears about the whole process -- because I had a lot of anxiety and stress about the whole process. John and the staff worked very hard and quickly on my case. I was actually amazed how quickly it went. They were FANTASTIC and allowed me to put this chapter of my life behind me. Words cannot express my gratitude in choosing John. He is by far the best attorney for bankruptcy in the area, with the experience and results to prove it. He catches things others might miss and makes sure you are taken well care of. He gives honest answers and lets you decide what you want to do with his advice. You control how quickly your case is filed, but he works lightning fast for you once you decide to file. I HIGHLY recommend John and his office if you are thinking about bankruptcy. I only wish I'd found him sooner.

Best BK Lawyer in the Bay Area!

I choose John because he is considered the best bankruptcy lawyer in Marin. He proved to be exactly what his reputation said he was. He was extremely knowledgeable and confident. With over 30 years experience doing bankruptcy in Marin, I felt like I was in very good hands with John. He explained ever...ything clearly and showed genuine empathy and interest in my personal case even though his office is VERY busy. He held my hand throughout the process, allayed my fears, and helped me to move forward with my life! I have already recommended John to other friends. Would choose him again in a heart beat!

I didn't believe bankruptcy could be so painless

John guided us through the entire process of chapter 11 bankruptcy without surprises or mistakes. His confidence made the waiting periods bearable. He explained the process in detail and sat with us through the proceedings ensuring that there was no last minute snafu. I recommend John Vos and his tea...m without reservation.

excellent

we had an excellent outcome on our chapter 7 bankruptcy. everything john told us would happen happened. he was very real with us. he is very knowlegeable, yet you have to understand him, as he expects you to get it fast, so just understand that about john. i did tons of my own work, as he is very ver...y busy.....i wanted to get our bankruptcy info just right, and not depend on them or the computer, so i checked everything, and had him fix things from the computer and all. everything went great. needed him after the chapter 7 re: our foreclosure, and he was always right there..no extra charge..a great guy...you've gotta help yourself too with john though...be proactive, call back, email back...dont wait for them!! also, john is very direct, and so am i, so be prepared for very real personal communications, but this attorney is tops for bankruptcy and foreclosure.

Excellent!

I highly recommend John Vos to anyone who is looking into strategic default or having problem making decisions about whether to file bankruptcy or foreclosure. He is an excellent lawyer who is very knowledgeable and he even give 30 min free consultation!!! I have met with number of lawyers who did ...not know the answers to my questions and John was able to satisfy me with answers and he gave me right information so that I can better make decisions with clear understand of the law. I highly recommend him to anyone! You won't find lawyer like him everyday! I consider myself very lucky to have found him!
