Since 1989, The Law Office of Peter A. Orville has served a multi county area in the Southern Tier and Central New York State. Our primary concentration is in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy Law and Criminal Defense. Our professional, friendly staff believes strongly in service to our clients. We offer a free in-office consultation, which usually lasts one hour or more.
Consumer Bankruptcy Law For 20 years, the Law Office of Peter A. We have saved peoples homes, autos, bank accounts and retirement plans. We counsel clients as to what their options are, including both within the Bankruptcy Code, and non-bankruptcy alternatives. In addition to helping individuals and families with their debt problems, we also work with small businesses. Our office also handles related matters, such as debt negotiation, work-outs, work with the taxing authorities, and other alternatives to bankruptcy. Peter is a member of Bankruptcy Law Network (), the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the Central New York and Capitol District Bankruptcy Bar Associations, and the Bankruptcy Committee of the Broome County Bar Association. Peter is the Upstate NY Chair of NACBA and has frequently been a continuing legal education presenter to other lawyers throughout NY State.
Peter lives in Vestal, NY with his wife, Colleen Kiley. Peter and Colleen also run an art gallery, Anam Cara Art Gallery, in Binghamton, NY.
