"Saved our house!"

Our house was in foreclosure, with escalating and sky-high monthly payments on two mortgages. Having lost one job and reduced income from another, we were in deep doo-doo. Credit cards approaching the max trying to keep the ship afloat. Our tax preparer mentioned John Vos, and then we heard his name ...again at our church, so we figured he has a good reputation among those 'in the know' within our community. We met personally with him, and (making a long story short:) he went to the Judge and got our Chapter 13 Plan approved. Now we no longer have a 2nd loan on our house, which means we can afford to keep it. Added bonus - we thought we were stuck forever with IRS income taxes, but those can go away too in our plan. Without a doubt, Mr. Vos is competent, caring, and crucial to our financial recovery. Yeah!!

Vos - has the answers...

I choose John because he was close to me, geographically...That proved to be unimportant after our first meeting was complete and modern communications. I needed someone to explain my options and highlight the best plan- he did. Bankruptcy Chapter 7 As John explained each step, before it happened,... he made sure time wasn't wasted with unnecessary details and stories or mailings. My peace of mind, generated from Johns initial advice, cannot be expressed in words.

John Vos is a helpful lawyer

When a financial advisor looks at your situation and tells you that you might want to look into bankruptcy, it's a devastating realization. When I met with John I wasn't even sure if I would be eligible. John looked at my information, asked how I got to this place and then laid out my options in a ba...lanced way. When I decided to move forward with a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, John made the process as easy and painless as is possible. His staff was friendly and always available to answer my questions. If you find yourself in this situation, I highly recommend John Vos.

Made the Process as painless as possible

We have never been through a bankruptcy and had no idea even how to go about it. John walked us through the whole process and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. He helped us make informed decisions. I really aprreciated his knowledge, kindness and understanding.

Trusted, effective and cordial

I would definitely recommend John Vos to anyone in need of his expertise. John Vos helped me through my bankruptcy in a very efficient and responsive manner. He also helped me clearly undestand the benefits and consequenses of filing for chapter 7 and made sure to tell me that chapter 7 is not the en...d of the world, but actually the beginning of a new and more fulfilling life.
