Amazing lawyer

I had a bad fall out with my business partners. When I hired Adam I was on the verge of completely losing all my shares to my partners because they had the majority vote. After our first meeting, I knew he was going to be my lawyer because he asked all the right questions. He explained what my rights were and the legality (or lack of) in what they were trying to do to me. He discussed a few approaches I could take and discussed all the pros and cons of every approach. He took all my advice into consideration when putting a game plan together. So of course I hired him. I was ready for a very long battle because it got very personal between us. I knew nobody was willing to budge. To make a long story short, it is now 6 months later and the case is over. I sold my shares for almost 10% more than my asking price. Adam is hands down the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He made me feel like I was his only client. He remembered every detail about my case every time we spoke. Not to mention he is very generous when counting his hours. I highly recommend Adam. It was a pleasure working with him

I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals.

I have over 20 years of experience in law and business. My practice focuses on two areas: (1) helping injured people seek justice, and (2) business/real estate transactions. I have personal experience in both areas -- my first plaintiffs' personal injury case was my own, and I've owned several businesses. Having a broad range of experiences and skills helps me better understand client needs, as well as to find and obtain creative, common sense, pragmatic and successful solutions to client problems.

I see myself as a holistic lawyer. What I mean is that your legal situation is usually only one part of the puzzle, and there can be other things you have to consider. When looking for the best outcome, you can’t pretend the other pieces of the puzzle don’t exist.

In my "free time", I enjoy yoga, meditation, bicycling, tennis, scuba diving, travel and playing the piano.

Thank you for all your help

I was seriously injured in a car accident. It turned my life upside down. Adam helped me through a very tough time. He took care of all the details like dealing with insurance companies, doctors and hospital. Adam recovered a substantial settlement that has helped me rebuild my life. Quick & Thorough

Extremely Smart, Helpful, Great to Work With
