Biography
I am a no-nonsense experience trial counsel, oriented to value for the client. I have extensive experiience in all areas of business and real estate litigation. I have been both a deputy district attorney and deputy public defender which gives me unique and extensive court experince.
I am also admitted to practice in England and Wales and qualified as a solicitor in the United Kingdom. I do not waste my client's time and money and if believe that litigation is pointless and will not result in a benefit to the client, I will not pursue it.
Over the years I have established deep relationships with my clients some of whom I have represented for over 20 years.
