Replied last April 21, 2025Amazing, an international company with no in-house OR regular counsel to lean on. Any 'advice' ANYONE even a non atty, would give is to: a- talk to your regular attorney; b- if you do not have a regular attorney (shocking really if true) hire one; c- Do NOT look for free legal advice on a bulletin board, as it could hurt your legitimate business d- Lastly, be careful not to let the other firms you do business with, know you do not have counsel, or they will absolutely take advantage of you.

Replied last December 06, 2020Thanks for the kind words. I did what I could. I did not like the fact that multiple attorneys gave you no help and no chance for help. Most situations have some sort of option to potentially make a bit of lemonade from the lemon. Hope it works out for you.
