Michael Scafiddi and his team is the best lawyer for any situation. Mr. Scafiddi and his associate, Mr. Ricson Dakanay, handled an issue I had with my landlord in Newport Beach, CA. A security guard at the complex violated my privacy and was caught stealing from my apartment and when I raised the issue to the building managers, they sent me down an endless rabbit-hole dealing with corporate lawyers with endless excuses. When I approached Mike, he understood the situation and was worried about my safety within the complex, especially knowing the thieves are employed at the complex with master keys to everyone's apartment. Mike and Ric assured me everything will be resolved and the moment they took over was when results started to happen, and fast! If you've never met Mike, he's the type of guy that won't take any BS from another attorney and definitely someone you would want on your team. I don't know what they said or did but I'm glad they did it, because now I'm safe, and I feel like justice has been served. I recommend all my friends to him and they will all say the same thing. Mike will give you peace of mind, in your darkest situations. Thank you again.

At one of the darkest points in my life I contacted The Law Offices Of Michael Scaffidi. My wife and I had been arrested for defending ourselves and our 4 children against a large group of thugs. The staff there were very genuine in their empathy for our situation and gave us the hope we needed to sustain ourselves for the fight that was ahead of us.
Cutting to the chase-the results are what matters when deciding which attorney would be best to retain. Michael Scaffidi made swift work of convincing the DA that rejecting the case against both my wife and i is the only path to justice here and we had rejection letters in hand in under a month.
He and Mal took it a step farther and were even able to secure me a much coveted "factual innocence" to wipe my arrest record clean and preserve my professional licenses. Not sure how many attorneys you know that can pull that off! Mike has the walk, the talk, the presence, the confidence you're looking for in an attorney.

I hired mike in December 2014. My wife an I were in a motorcycle accident and she did not survive. I was charged with Watson murder, Gross DUI Manslaughter and DUI Manslaughter. I plead not guilty to all charges. My case ended up going to a Preliminary Hearing. During the hearing I had the opportunity to see mike shine!!! I felt a little bad for all the witnesses, law enforcement, DA's investigator and the DA assigned to my case. They could not answer the questions, even simple question. I understand that the phlebotomist that drew my blood could be nervous and scared but, to not be able to remember what school she ateneded, even after Mr. Scafiddi tried to calm her down, is pretty bad. The police officers were questioned and the official blood evidence was thrown out by the Judge. One of the officers wrote that I answered yes to a question in his official police report but, the recording of his voice and mine clearly proved that I had in fact answered no! He couldn't recall what I was wearing, what my wife was wearing or even what brand of motorcycle we were on... Harley... DUH! He could hardly answer a single question without referring to his written report. The 2nd officer spoke with me about drawing blood a couple of times. I always asked the officer what would happen if I refused. He would change the subject. He wrote in his report that I acknowledged consent to the blood test by nodding my head and moving my eyes? In a neck brace? After I had been having a conversation with the officer? The DA's investigator... from what I know all he had to do was check the hospital blood alcohol test. The investigator knew the name of the Doctor and the type of machine used at the hospital. He didn't know if the Doctor was in fact an MD. He did not know what type of degree the Doctor had if any. He didn't know anything about the machine used to test the blood. Every question Mike asked the DA's investigator, the investigator could not answer. The DA appeared to be very arrogant. When the Preliminary hearing started the Judge scolded the DA, working on my case, for not cooperating with my attorney. The case could have been resolved over a year sooner if, the DA would have been willing to accept a plea bargain on any or the charges but murder. The DA was replaced immediately after the preliminary hearing. Mike arranged for the best expert witnesses. They definitely were EXPERTS in their fields and on the subject matter. I would recommend , and have recommended, anyone to Attorney Michael Scaffidi. He really takes time to get to know you, he and his staff treat you like family and he spends hour upon hour studying the case and preparing to present it. Mike is the best. No one could do better.

Marshall and I are extremely happy with the expert services we received from Michael Scaffidi and his associates. They worked hard to clear his criminal record and allow him to completely turn his life around. He achieved his lifelong dream of becoming an RN today because of their tireless work. We are so very grateful to Mr Scaffidi and his excellent team!

Mike, took a bad situation where my 20 year old son was charged with a felony that probation was not an option ,the judg's only option was prison sentenence. Mike coached me on the type of reference letters to obtain, have my son attend NA meetings 3 times a week, volunteer at Goodwill every week, be drug tested weekly. We did all those items and documented them. He stalled at 2 different hearings to allow time to negotiate with County attorney who wanted a 3 year in State prison sentence. My son was sentenced yesterday to 3 years probation and 180 days work release. It was a grand slam for my son and our family. We owe Mike a great deal. He truly cared about my son and work like he said he would to get best possible outcome.

I was charged with the A and B count for DUI with a breathalyzer reading of .08 in San Diego. Mike learned and memorized my case forwards and backwards, and exposed all of the flaws in my arresting officers gathering and interpretation of evidence. He served as a law enforcement officer for many years, and his expert grasp of proper procedure shows. In the end, the DA offered a plea bargain of a "dry reckless" when faced with Mike's commanding grasp of the case in the courtroom. He saved my career and my future. There isn't a better set of hands to place your situation in when it feels like all hope is lost. There isn't enough stars for him on this site!

I was accused of stealing over a million dollars of equipment from my employer. I was facing at least six years in jail. Mike was able to settle my case for a fraction of the restitution they were seeking and I was given a sentence of three years probation. He settled my criminal and civil case at the same time. He gave me chance at a second life and I will forever be grateful.

If you're looking for the best attorney to represent you, look no further. Mr. Michael Scafiddi will take care of you. He worked diligently to reduce my DUI felony charges and was successful in doing so. If I could give him 100 stars I would. I'm also grateful for his daughter Megan Scafiddi's hard work in my case. She's definitely following in her father's footsteps.
