I initially contacted her on a Sunday for my matter. I didn’t expect a response till earliest Monday. Attorney Alicia returned my call within 15min literally on a Sunday. That right there really impressed me. Then we talked for quite sometime, and she genuinely really cared and wanted to help especially since I have 2 young kids involved. This RO was quite the process as the respondent was avoiding service. Despite the difficulties serving the respondent, she was able to get the job done. After several court dates and with the overwhelming evidence we presented to the court they granted my request for the RO. I was initially connected with Alicia after being strongly referred to her by a very established and well-connected business owner in Newport Beach who is a good family friend of mine. Upon being introduced, I have been working with Alicia on and off for roughly 3 1/2 years. To make the statement that she has completely saved my future would not be very far off from the spot on truth. The past 3 years for me has undoubtedly been the hardest, most stressful, and legally controversial time in my entire life. I hired Ms. Freeze for a review of a DUI plead that I had agreed to with a previous attorney I had hired. I felt that what I had initially been told and what I was in agreement with was not what I ended up receiving in court. She IMMEDIATELY went to court on my behalf and walked out of court with positive news for my professional endeavours. I later hired Ms. Freeze for a Civil Restraining Order case where I was the Petitioner. Ms. Freeze was communicative, thorough, and well prepared for court.
