Awesom, knowledgeable, caring and very professional handling my case.

I was referred to the Scafiddi by my neighbor. Everyone involved in my case, and that included the entire office. I have Ben working with Megan for almost 2 years. Megan worked many hours and was very thorough with my case. She is knowledgeable and professional. Not only is Megan an excellent attorney, she truly cares about her clients. My case was very complex and I was charged with 3 different felonies. I pick up 2 additional charges during my case. In the end, Megan got most of the charges dropped. The DA that was assigned to my case was very arrogant and refused to discuss any solution other than the max sentence. Megan stood her ground with the DA and the Judge. I would recommend Megan to anyone that has been charged with a crime. Megan will take the time, do the research and go above and beyond if you retain her. She will do everything she can to fight for you. Megan deserves a lot more than 5 stars.

Megan was very personal and thorough in the process of clearing up a mistake in the DOJ records which were prohibiting me from possessing and owning a firearm Megan worked on my case for over a year and never let me feel like it was something we were not going to overcome she also never made me feel ashamed of the mistakes I made to end up with a record in the first place I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do i definitely know who I am call ingredients thank you megan

Super Lawyer

Due to an unfortunate mess up in my record, Megan was able to clear things up very quickly and she explained everything she was doing. High Quality Law Representation

As a typical person, I am clueless when it comes to our legal system, paper work and how to successfully navigate it. Megan Scafiddi was a very pleasant and refreshing Lawyer to work with. A lawyer who will fight for you!

I was having issues with law enforcement not trying to return my property back that they seized due to no fault of my own, Megan was a life saver she heared my story and got to work as soon as the retainer and agreed upon rate was handled she was very attentive to my case and was very vigilant in resolving all of my issues and also had another attorney meet me down at the station when I finally was able to receive my property back I am glad I chose to employ Megan as my attorney .

Thorough, Friendly & Professional!

It was a pleasure working with Megan, she’s truly a great human being. With my case she managed to helped me reduce my criminal fine through negotiation, eliminated some of the more annoying court orders (alcohol monitoring bracelet, dodged a bullet there!), attended my legal hearings for me, and helped me get off probation early! She has been a joy and a comfort in this whole process, your first DUI is scary and for me especially since I was under 21 going to college in a city away from my family. She was there with me every step of the way, and showed that she cared about me and my case with her thoroughness during the process and kind words.
