This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This sanction means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
Gina’s comment: “Not only have I worked as a former prosecutor and successful trial attorney, but I have also experienced being the subject of a criminal investigation that was later dismissed. I remember the feelings I had during that situation, and I understand what a person in trouble is going through. Now that I have put that case behind me, I can help many others, knowing the importance of having a great attorney on your side. I will listen and I will fight for you - it's time to get your life back.”

"After being caught stealing for the second time, I was in panic. Finally, not familiar with lawyers in Orange County, I literally chose two firms I found on-line to call. One of those who called me back was Gina Kershaw. After speaking with her about my situation, she was clear as to what she would be doing, what her fee was and what to expect...in detail. She took her time explaining the process and reassured me that I was in good hands. Most of all, she treated me like a decent person who made bad decisions and that that in itself does not define who I am. I felt so much more relaxed, ready to face this...with her in my corner. She is a kind and compassionate lady who is equally as good a lawyer. I highly highly highly recommend her. I felt as if she was holding my hand through this nightmare of a situation I got myself into. I am so thankful to have had her as my lawyer.

"When I first met Gina, not only could I see in her face, but I could hear in her voice that she truly cared and believed me. Meeting someone in jail for the first time doesn't always give the best first impressions, but I knew that Gina could see in my face that from the bottom of my heart I had just made a terrible terrible mistake. Its fearful to be judged and to think no one will believe me, but after talking with Gina I knew she did care deeply and did believe me. She reassured me that everything was going to be OK, she worked hard and fought for me. Having Gina and my loved ones by my side gave me my life back. I would not be the person I am today with out the compassion and understanding of Gina Kershaw."

I never thought I would need a criminal defense lawyer, but I was going through some serious family issues and I ended up in a car accident while DUI. They put me in jail, charged me with a felony, and I thought my life was over. When Gina took my case she was able to get me out of custody with misdemeanor summary probation. I don't know what I would have done without her. I highly recommend her.
