10/10 would recommend, if you need a lawyer Attorney Dakanay is the one!

Attorney Dakanay is very knowledgeable and communicates everything well. The consultation I had with Attorney Dakanay confirm he was the lawyer for me. He listened and took notes, he explained all the possibilities and any question I had he was able to answer. This process was stressful but Attorney Dakanay relieved that stress by handling everything, I cannot express how grateful I am that I found him to be my lawyer.

Attorney Dakanay

Atty. Dakanay was recommended to me by the mother of my former student. He was very helpful, kind, professional, and respectful. Whenever I called him or texted him, he does not failed to call back or text back even though he was in the court. He will text back that he was in the court. Not just a lawyer but a friend!

After 2 years my case came to and end! Ricson was there for me through the whole process. He gave me a deal which I was very happy with it. I had a lot of questions and he answered everything. Excellent communication & very supportive DUI lawyer

Exceptional Attorney, Exceeding our Expectations! Highly Recommend!

When a family member was arrested, taken to jail, and I was not able to communicate with him, I called Ricson Dakanay. I felt helpless and scared. It was after hours, and I was able to speak to Ricson right away. Ricson patiently and empathetically listened to my concerns and the predicament my family member was in. He went to Southwest Detention Center the very next morning to speak to my family member, letting me know he was okay, relieving my worst fears. Throughout the entire process, Ricson quickly responded via text message, answering questions and/or concerns, putting me and my family member at ease. Ricson is knowledgeable, companionate, honest, professional and exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Amazing experience through and through

Ricson and staff were truly wonderful to have fighting my case. They were very timely on all matters and kept me informed and in the loop through the whole process which took around 4-5 months. Not only that but he is just a great guy in general and very easy to talk to while understanding, respecting, and appreciating my situation. I came to them with 2 felony counts charged against me and they worked hard with the DA to come to an agreement to drop them to misdemeanors and serve no time. They did such an immaculate job that even the judge had a difficult time looking at my deal and accepting it, telling me I’m very lucky and that if he had this case while he was a DA or public defender, that I most certainly would have been serving time and been in a worse situation. Very much appreciate this firm and staff and my relationship with the attorneys and, though I don’t expect to ever need their council again, hope that I get a chance to just hang out more with them in the real world outside of law! Literal Life Saver

I would not normally complete a review like this and only do so to encourage anyone considering Ricson and his team of Valerie, Vanisa, Kelsea, Maria and other associates to retain this team for their legal needs. I had quite an obscure case as well and like others, a lot riding on it and these guys went to bat for me (and listened to my moaning) from start to finish. From facing probable jail time to having my case dismissed I'm happy to say the outcome of my case far surpassed my expectations and if ever I have a need again (which I hope I don't haha) I will not think twice about who can get the job done. Professional, responsive, attentive and caring are only a few of the words I would use to describe my experience and Ric himself was right there next to me when I was required to appear in court! Thoroughly satisfied and worth every penny and more. Thank you all for your help, I owe you one.

Proesssional and Diligent

My Name is David I am going to be straight forward and say this. Rickson is an excellent attorney that knows what,he is doing.If you Hire Rickson,listen to him and take heed, to what he says.He is there to fight for you in the court of law. I have hired Rickson,in the past for old cases,that needed to be expunged. I hired Rickson a second time,for a situation that involved a BAD APPLE of a person,that caused me alot of personal stress and anxiety and made plenty of false claims about me. Very professional & highly recommended

As i drove up to the courthouse for my settlement conference, i was ready to do some time, after Ricson's hard work, he was able to drop my charges to misdemeanors, kept me from being incarcerated, & helped allow me to keep my gun rights, I'm very greatful for the work he did.
