THE BEST IMMIGRATION OFFICER IN SAN DIEGO AND USA

I first came to know Jacob while I was a research scientist in La Jolla, San Diego and then moved to Maryland in Sept. 2010. I was confident in his professional expertise and decided that he is the best immigration officer to handle for my legal permanent residence application (EB1 and EB2). I got a ...superb support not only from him, but also from Andrew J. Desposito, Attorney at Law and other stuff members at his Law offices. Though I am far away in Maryland and was communicating by e-mail and phone, his professional advice was superb and comforting. Initially, my EB1 application was rejected and I felt really bad about it. But he came up with an amazing solution and turned around my application to go for national interest waiver (EB2). During all these periods, Andrew and Jacob showed an excellent professional support to write all the letters and respond to all my questions immediately by e-mail and phone. Finally, my NIW case has been approved and received permanent legal residence for me and other 4 family members. What really satisfied me was the way they handled my case is as close to their heart and worked hard to make sure I succeed in getting my dream for legal residence. When I applied for the second EB2 category, I was not charged for the service fee required and that really showed me their passion for my legal status. I do strongly recommend Jacob and Andrew for any immigration application and stay assured to receive a superb service you dream for. Wherever you live in US, you can work on your case by e-mail and phone communication as I did in this case.

Professional, timely, fair

Has been our immigration lawyer for seven years, never let us down. He and his staff were always there for us. Didn't sugarcoat things and was always very communicative, answering calls and emails even when overseas. My wife and I always recommend him to anyone needing an immigration lawyer.

He also enjoys a certain calmness of spirit which immediately put me at peace with the unknown world of US immigration. Best Immigration Lawyer ever!

I met Jacob first time in november 2011, at that time I needed a B1-B2 visa that I had immediately: in 15 days from my first phone call I was back in Florida! After that we applied for my E2 Visa Jacob turned out to be really VERY patient with my "every day changing" situation he has always be...en clear and precise in explanations, suggestions and strategies taking me step by step to a happy end solution All the steps turned out to be the right steps in the right way at the right moment I've been approved and today finally I was able to ask for my first SSN! thanks Jacob and all the great staff I'll recommend to everyone to work with you!

Best Attorney with the best team

Jacob and his group of attorneys are simply a class act! I had the privilege of having Jacob help me in my citizenship case. He was very thorough, bright and knowledgeable and at the same time very caring and assuring. He is very straight and honest in explaining everything. He was there at each a...nd every step -- answers emails quickly, and meets with you personally if you need to. Nadia is one of his excellent attorneys, who is helped me too. She was fabulous and thorough! Jacob was with me for my interview, and the interview went excellent and sent for approval! Highly recommend Jacob and his team! They are the best! Blessings.
