Excellent lawyer with a great team

I would definitely recommend the entire team of the law offices of Jacob to anyone seeking help in immigration matters. I've worked with a different attorney in the past on my NIW application and after three denials, years of wasted time and money, there are no words to describe my frustration and di...sappointment. Then a family friend recommended Jacob's firm. I was instantly impressed with his knowledge and professional demeanor. He is very straightforward and his attention to detail helped tremendously in making my case a success. I am looking forward to working with him on the next steps of a long journey towards permanent residency!

Great service, honest answers

Having initially spoken with Jacob regarding my potential H1B petition (free of charge), I decided to acquire his services instead of hiring several other immigration lawyers I had talked with (the main reason being his deep knowledge of the immigration laws and his patience with my probing question...s). Right from the start, Jacob was always very realistic and honest regarding my chances of gaining the visa and this was important to me as other lawyers had said it should not be a problem in a way that made me feel they were just trying to get me on board and get my money. Jacob's assistant Kate handled the majority of my case and I built up a great rapport with her. Her quick responses and general caring for my case made a big difference throughout the process. It was a bumpy ride but we got there in the end, and for having Jacob and Kate's help and guidance I could not have been more grateful! Once again, thank you guys!

Knowledgeable & Responsive

The wait for my visa to be approved was agonizing to say the least, as what I thought would be a 2 month wait turned into a 6 month wait. However, during this time, it was reassuring to me to be able to call and speak directly with Jacob, or to email him any questions/concerns that I had, and for him... to email me back promptly. His knowledge in the field is admirable and he really put me at ease during a stressful time. If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and responsive lawyer, then I would certainly recommend Jacobs' services to you.

excellent lawyer

A friendly, profenssional, responsive, trustworthy, and knowledgeable lawyer that anyone would need for immigration issues. I found Mr. Jacob Sapochnick on the internet when I was looking for a lawyer to help me with my I-485 case. My I-485 case got complecated after some issues with required medical... exam. At first I was hesitated to hire him who I found on the internet without anybody's recomendation. After calling up a list of lawyers from some organizations recomendations, I decided to give hime a try. I am glad I did. I just received a notice from USCIS that I will receive my green card in 30 days. I highly recommend Mr. Jacob Sapochnick to anyone who is looking for a lawyer in the immigration issues.

Professional and Knowledgeable Lawyer!
