Having initially spoken with Jacob regarding my potential H1B petition (free of charge), I decided to acquire his services instead of hiring several other immigration lawyers I had talked with (the main reason being his deep knowledge of the immigration laws and his patience with my probing question...s). My husband and I faced an immigration issue back in January and feared deportation. I called several lawyers, all with different advice, some could not help at all. The wait for my visa to be approved was agonizing to say the least, as what I thought would be a 2 month wait turned into a 6 month wait.
