Jacob and his attorney Unica saved our family from having to leave the country.

Jacob’s office is incredible, they are so professional and nice, every time you call or email they respond right away, immediately and my wife had an issue with imigration that we thought would be impossible to solve, a really hard case. I went thought a few attorneys before and they literally sucked.... One of them just took our money and didn’t do anything and the other one thought he was God and actually was very rude and he sucked. When we went to jacob everything changed. We loved the offcice, the whole crew is so nice amd are always ready to help, they all speak different languages( multi language). It was the approach they took on my issue that made my American dream come true! I just received my greencard a few days ago after being here for 18 years and I can’t even describe how happy we are and how greatful we are to jacob and his team! If you need an immigration attorney, don’t look further. jacob and his team are the best. Thank you again jacob for everything. We love you guys. Still gotta come give you guys a big hug and thank you personally for all.

Great Service

My wife and I used the service of Law offices of Jacob J Sapochnick and it was a smooth one all the way. How case was a complicated one; haven been denied on a fraud ground in Nebraska. We refiled in California and we got granted. Angel flores was the paralegal in charge of our case and she was very ...helpful and proactive. She made sure our case got promptly filed and kept us updated all through the journey. Denied in Nebraska July, 2017. We refiled in California in August, 2017, Interviewed in January of 2018 and GC was granted in March. Charles Ward and Jacob were also very helpful and gave us relevant legal advise.

Jacob is the Best!

6 years ago, Jacob has been working on my Green Card application. During the application process he was absolutely professional: made a clear action plan, explained me all steps in details. He maintained a good communication, so I always knew what the next step was in the process and what documents/f...orms I needed to collect or fill, and most importantly: how. Jacob and his team were always very responsive and extremely helpful to maintain quick and good progress of my case. As a result I have got my Green Card 3 months earlier as it was expected. 5 years past since then, and when I wanted to apply for US Citizenship, I contacted Jacob, again. The application was filed 7 months ago, Jacob and his team was professional, as always, therefore, the whole process was very easy. I have just got my US Citizenship! Thank you Jacob! Jacob is the best immigration lawyer, I recommend him to anyone who has an immigration issue.

E2 Visa Success

I was having difficulty transitioning from a J1 to an E2 visa when I found Jacob's firm. My case was quite unique and my investment funds were considerably lower than was deemed necessary but with the help of his team we were able to make a really strong case. They assisted in the start up of my ...media company, prepared all my documents and had fantastic, honest advice. It was a long process, approximately 9 months from the time I first began investigating every possible visa option to the day I got handed my visa but it was absolutely worth it. I worked with Jacob's team for about 4 - 5 months and I received a 5 year E2 visa after 1 interview with the US embassy.

Helped once more!!!

This team is amazing. This is the second time I'm reviewing them because their help is truly a blessing. Jacob Sapochnick's team helped me with my F1 student status two years ago, which was approved without issues. Now, just yesterday, I got granted a green card, and I can stay with my husband in the... U.S. forever, cherishing our lives! Jacob's team always treats each case individually, making it look as if it were their only one. Their responses to questions are prompt and to the point, making them a very professional group.
